  • The story of the Attic Yarn and Craftery shows how a crocheting hobby turned into a business with the help of Mom. Ceryl Tubungan had always been hooked on crocheting. While she was figuring out what she wanted to do after college graduation, Ceryl further discovered the wonders of yarn and hook. She was making crocheted items as gifts to her friends and her mom became her first paying customer. Watch how she, her sister Colleen, and their mom Cecille, turned a childhood hobby into a crochet business in the Philippines.
Common Room PH is a collaborative space for artists and makers in the Philippines. Our physical stores provide a venue for local creatives to showcase their handcrafted products and original artworks. Our web store and digital platform on RUclips enable our community to reach more, not only through their products, but also through their stories. Our hope is that whether online or offline, these venues provide a home and a safe space for creatives to express themselves, support each other, grow together, and empower others to make with their hands.
