Hello! Will the receiver still have to pay hidden fees? As the sender, I want to cover all the expenses and do not wish for the receiver to pay anything upon receiving the parcel. Baka naman po kasi pagka deliver sa kanila biglang pagbayaran si receiver.

Hi Common Room! I'm shipping internationally for the first time but I'm super confused if a CN22 form is required for registered mail items? The two branches in my area say they only have it for EMS and not registered. There's no other post office near me (I live outside Manila) and I'm concerned because I have items needed to be sent to the EU and I don't want my packages to be returned to me or disposed of.
