Nice build and nice kit. Love that FE 352 engine with options. Too bad AMT didn’t create 1960 Canadian Meteor front and rear grills and taillights as a custom option.
Slick looking custom build Chris, nice choices for the color combo. All the details came together great, the scallops compliment the body lines. Very nice build.
AMAZING detail, Chris. You not only built the model but you captured the car! Great job! Too bad Ford doesn’t make orange engines, THAT would have been beautiful in the green car! Maybe my custom Ford will….
This looks to be an incredibly detailed kit coming from AMT. May have to buy a couple. This is why I like your channel. I like seeing you unbox kits to see if it’s worth me buying one. Thanks for doing what you do.
I missed the '60 Starliner oh so much, I STILL have my Grampy's Sunliner convertible, along with the matching Candy Corn metallic Mercedes Benz ML320 that both had a 'posies' custom colour schematic... I'm thankful for they have a home now in Santa Fe ... My wish now, is seeing Round 2 do a snazzy Hot Rod versions and sell 'em, TOGETHER!!! I wouldn't even mind a Sunliner, custom or stock!
you was right you can't hold on to nothing to day but nice build of tha 60 Ford skylines I like watching them old models being built but don't care for the new ones
Exceptional kit, one of many tooled 25 years ago by a brilliant crew at AMT. Can be built stock except for the wheels... oh, and the c-pillar features 'stars', re: the Starliner name. Nice work!
Well done Chris.... I've be in love with Starliners ever since I saw a 1961 custom green metalflake job right out of the pages of HotRod magazine. The movie "The Hollywood Knights*" a movie that that had teenage trouble making any the Hot Rod car scene just as cool as American Graffiti and did in the late 60s . * The Hollywood knights (1980) Tony Danza Michelle Phiffer 😍 (wearing knee high while boots with 4" heels... WOW ! ) A Cult car guy movie with dozens of cars taken right from the pages of HotRod magazine.A must see movie for every car. Wicked cars, beautiful ladies, and crazy fun and general trouble to be had all. An easy 7.5/10 & it takes place on Halloween night 1965 👺 The car star is the famous Yellow HotRod Project X 1957 Chevy that they are still working on decades later... ✌️😎 🎄
Looking forward to getting this kit. Love them old rides. Curious if this is any different from the previous releases of the 60 Starliner. As far as part and all
Message to Round2: Please stop overlooking hobbyists who want to build kits as factory stock. Include the necessary stock parts, so we aren't waiting an unknown number of years for release of a new factory stock version.
That is a great kit. I have the original stock version. Excellent AMT kit from the 90s. Great build Chris. The paint looks great. Really nice.
I have that kit in my collection, really nice kit with great detail.
Beautiful, I’m buying this now! 👍👍

My favorite car model👍👍🎅

Awesome build as always! Can someone tell me how to choose the best primer color because Chris uses three different colors on this build?
It looks like you CAN build this thing stock, except for the hubcaps.
Is that grey washi tape from Hobby Lobby?
Do you have to wet sand it or can you aply a few coats of clear coat to get that shine?
He uses Future floor polish.
It seems like a nice kit. However, with the HUGE catalog of cars Round2 have, I'd wish they not re-issue the same kits again and again.

A pity that the front design of this car wasn't as good as the rear
Do ever use Tamiya LP paints because they are some of the best paints out there. The sparkling silver looks great as a bar metal color.
