Good job Dre! I just bought one of these that I found on Craigslist. The seller did not have an instruction book. He had never used the disc. Lowe's and Home Depot did not have this size discs or belts but Harbor Freight had them. This RUclips helped me out! He wanted $100 for it. I'm surprised how heavy this is. He said he wants to sell a spindle sander to me too. Thanks for posting this !
No problem, I'm glad that my video could help you. You will love this machine I made a bench for my son's room and it came out great. It's a great sander. If you go to my descriptions area down at the bottom it should be the manual for this sander
Thanks for the tutorial! Just picked up this sander a few weeks ago and started playing around with it today, seems like a quality piece of equipment. Can’t hard find an affordable 6” stationary belt sander, I was very happy to find this one.
Yes it is very sturdy it's a great piece any Delta old school device is made in the USA back in the seventies and eighties and early nineties. Nothing but quality builds back then
Couple of things - you cant dismiss that it needs to be unplugged, there are directional arrows on the belt, adjust the tracking in the direction of use and under power to accomodate for any movement.
