this form or set of cudgel to me is the most important . it has all the info you will need to learn the other cudgel sets. one you understand the 18 movements bodhiharma. with complete knowledge of those 18 movements you will never understand kung-fu. you will just copy the forms with out true meaning of what you are doing. those basic movements are all important. thank you grandmaster deyang and to my sifu robert lyons. who showed me the way
