Gary Moore does classic Clapton better than Clapton.
Fuck yeah he did!
Disagree
Bullsh*t! When Live Cream Vol II was recorded, Clapton was on another level. I love GM but you’re out of your mind.
Dream band.
Jesus what a setup!
Gary Moore is underrated in the pantheon of greats. He was one of the best of all time.
😊❤ Maestro Gary..Great Bruce and Husband. Wow!! 🎸🎼
@@JudithRiggs-u2oAgree with you! And I would add that Gary Moore is easily the best player in history,a reference for every guitar player, beginner or advanced, and a delight to the ears of any music fan,any genre, any time
He was Never underrated.
@@gh4121-b5n thank you. every time I see an "underrated" comment...I think.."it's only because YOU never looked or listened"
Der Beste, der Größte, alles Unfug. ❤
Gary absolutely nailing it. Love the restraint and the dynamics.
Gary Moore playing with the fire Clapton had in the 60s. Sadly missed
Fresh Cream was one of their best albums for that crisp , tight blues ! I saw the original around 1968 . Eric's playing has evolved . However , Gary nailed the riffs , TONE and feel of the original like NO OTHER !!! I really enjoy this visit of a classic ! RIP Gary and Jack 😢 .
Then of course he has that incredibly powerful speed as well, added to the equation (!)
The SG/Marshall tone is amazing.
Wonder what Marshall it is ??
Ya, but level too loud compared to rest of band
It's somewhat familiar no! 😊
@@floodgatestudios1825You need either a better Soundsystem or an equalizer 😊
SG Les Paul reissue no doubt. LP’s never had a full pickguard. SG’s did. But yes, Jackchurch, what a monster tone!!
Jack Bruce He's one of the most Under appreciated vocalists in Rock music.
Well all of us do- that good start!
Not so. He's very much appreciated. By a great many people.
Who under appreciated him?
@@thomasr.5784 p Not me.
Moore was incredible, the timing, dynamics,, dynamite, fluency, just fuxxing incredible player, still my all-time favourite together with edward vh.
After listening to this, it seems to me that Gary Moore is an underrated guitarist, and that this trio with Gary Husband on drums should have hit the stages of the world to the delight of rock fans. This is the next level
How is Gary Moore underrated? 😮
Gary Husband is an incredible drummer. Unfortunately, he’s also an incredible keyboard player and John McLaughlin keeps using him for that!
Gary never failed to amaze
Gary M. is getting the perfect tone from that SG. And incorporating a few EC licks. Excellent.
❤❤😇😇👏😎 I Love You, Jack Bruce , Gary Moore, Y Gary Husband:
I could listen to these guys all day. The guitar tone, the smooth bass, the harmonies. I'm a drummer, so I would have loved to see more of Gary H.
Yeah, he gets some great tone from his fretless innit
This line-up. So, so good. I wish they had recorded a full album together.
When I heard these two men performing, I was transported back to my friend Jerry’s basement, where we lifted weights and listened to cream live 2 that was 1978. Gary and Jack Bruce were fabulous rockers.
The Genius Jack Bruce. Jack WAS Cream.
As much tits that Baker and Clapton are/were their innovations cannot be overlooked. Clapton predates Hendrix and (Zeppelin) Page and opened minds. Ginger was a horrible person yet one of the best drummers ever. Sometimes his fills are un needed but he had so much power yet restraint.
Gary’s dynamics are off the scale here.
Masters Rock, Masterpiece, rip master Gary Moore. Thanks for posting them, Jack Bruce.
Jack Bruce has been gone for a while. 2014
As long as we celebrate and remember them they will always be here.....
Outstanding collaboration on a Jack Bruce original number. One for the ages
wow amazing hard beautiful, rock, gary moore, jack bruce, gary husband on drums wow
One of the greatest sessions ever recorded....
Jack Bruce never ceased to amaze. R.I.P.
Very good playing by all especially Gary Moore but why are we not seeing the drummer
Love that fretless bass!
Great playing all round!
Strong Allan Holdsworth connection in that line up, Jack and Gary obviously played with Allan, and Gary was a big fan and always had great things to say about Allan.
Großartig! Blues vom Feinsten!
Great! Blues at it's best!
I’m sure Gary spent many hours studying Albert king and cream in 1968.
Excellent performance!
I Love It, "Bruce-Moore-Husband: ":❤😍
This is better than the Cream version! A cleaner sound with more space.
Not even close
Sou muito fã do Jack Bruce. Uma grande influência no meu gosto musical. Um mestre da música!
Takes me back to my teens I am now 72 and still kicking.
Gary Moore truly one of the best guitarist……end of story ! Great pairing of three fabulous musicians.
This brings back a lot of great memories for me. 👍👍
Love them all, but drummer/ keyboardist GARY HUSBAND is the genius in this trio, dumbing it down to provide rythym for blues. Check him out with, Allen Holdsworth, John Mclaughlin....and a so many other greats my typing finger would grow sore
A genius drummer and keys man.
Agreed,I saw Gary
Moore ,Corridors of power 🎸 tour 82, Been a fan ever since .
Jack was underated-great singer, composer.. bassist extrodiare
Why "underated"?
Who "underated" him?
Jack Bruce was always acknowledged as one of the greatest Rock-Singers.
GARY MOORE is not debatable.
Gary was the best.
Masters
Man……we don’t see Gary playing the mighty SG very much…..this makes you wonder why it wasn’t his go to……sublimely awesome…..
What the F**k do you think he's wailing on in this video!!!!? Do some homework dude!
@@my2cents370
Take it easy dude. We're all loving Gary and rest of the band. Also the first time i see him playing an sg, and i saw lots of his gigs.
Think I read somewhere this was Bernie Marsden’s sg loaned to Gary
@@MrMainbrain hey man....didn't think it was worth commenting on....saw Gary over 40yrs ago and many times since....can count on one finger seeing an SG.....usually just ignore nonsense...but good of you to comment
Incredible
Surely this jam session has to have been recorded for posterity.
This kicks ass...
awesooome love it
Wonderful
Wow Wow…great….thank you…..stunning!
The guitar is too loud!
Perfect!
Legends ❤❤

Cream 2.0 1998!
Fantastic.
This is SO GREAT1
Can’t wait
One of the greatest Blues songs that CREAM ever recorded.
Dang, I'm glad Clapton introduced Jack to the blues, because now he is a SENSEI! What a great jam.
Eric didn't introduce Jack to the blues. A few years prior to Cream, Jack was the bassist in Blues Incorporated (Charlie Watts drumming), the archetype British blues band that inspired the formation of the Rolling Stones. Then he, along with Ginger Baker, was in the Graham Bond Organisation, one of the UK's first r 'n' b combos, and a band Clapton saw often. Also worth noting that when Clapton returned to John Mayall's Bluesbreakers in late '65 after a sojourn to Greece, Jack Bruce had taken over the bass spot from John McVie (McVie was reinstated after Bruce left to join Manfred Mann). Bruce and Clapton, along with Stevie Winwood and Pete York of the Spencer Davis Group plus Paul Jones of Manfred Man also did several tunes for the album 'What's Shakin'', including 'Spoonful', which Bruce and Clapton would also record months later on 'Fresh Cream'. Indeed, if anyone got schooled in Cream, it was, by his own admission, Clapton.
Um, a bit too slow for me .. but the playing itself is great as always. (they really do sound sleepy, maybe that's what they were going for) Moore channeling Clapton like a champ
It is what they were going for. Refer back to the original version on Fresh Cream
The slower the better.
I can't believe Bruce would lower himself to playing over and over with a guy that Rolling Stone ragazine doesn't even consider a top 500 guitarist...
Rolling Stone magazine??? Heavy stuff. 😂😂😂

@@Jahnink worthless periodical.
@@jayrum7303 I agree. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame of $$$ mediocrity. Kind of like Tiger Beat.
I always liked Cream's version ....this one seems to drag a bit. Just a little too slow...maybe it's my imagination.
великолепно!!!!
Gary more is awesome .and the reason
I played guitar. And it changed my life .incredible player!!!!!
