No guys this wasn’t a mistake. All the texts from his phone were sent for a reason. The judge ordered it. He agreed and then they made it seem like they never asked for any of it!
Not really. I don't think you understand why this was a massive mistake on his lawyer and a fundamental one. The text were sent to the opposing counsel during discovery. Firstly, his lawyers never did a search to look through all the text if they had mentions of Sandy Hook (and there were plenty). We're talking a simple keyword search and they didn't do that.
And secondly, they entered it as evidence without a thorough search and did not object. If they had searched it and they found it, they would have objected and allowed to clawback the text as evidence. They did none of that. Legal Eagle does an in-depth explanation why this was a massive failure. His lawyers basically helped the opposing side prove his guilt while being completely oblivious to the fact.
If that would be true wouldn't Jones commit perjury because he said "So you got my phone, but we didnt give it to you" and he and his lawyer actually did give his phone records to him? Lol
You should look into the history Jones has with this lawyer. It's absolutely hysterical. He's just a bad lawyer whose Jones' friend
Not true at all
How do you spout complete nonsense with such conviction. They sent an entire copy during the discovery phase of the trial, the prosecution tried reaching out to the defendants lawyers on multiple occasions to be able to strike it as it wasn’t intended on being given. They hadn’t responded and passed a certain time frame the prosecution are able to use it as evidence. They were only required to be gave any evidence of anything to do with Sandyhook, which Alex had lied and said he had no messages not the entire copy of his phone. The digital copy showed hundreds of texts calling the Sandyhook massacre a hoax.

@@bennetla10nope, that's not what happened. The defence lied and said these records didn't exist. Then they accidentally sent an email to the plaintiffs containing a link to ALL of their work on this case, which included this evidence that they had failed to turn over during discovery. The plaintiffs emailed them back to let them know what they had done, and at that point all Jones' lawyers had to do is reply and say "we didn't mean to send that to you, it was a mistake, and it's privileged" and that would have been the end of it. But they didn't do that, so after 12 days, the plaintiffs gained the right to use that evidence in the trial, and they used it to prove Jones had committed perjury.

@@mendelson6052???
@@mendelson6052 Science denial goes crazy. I recommend channels like Destiny or CosmicSkeptic to learn what actual epistemological veracity looks like.
You said you checked and “you couldn’t find it”
- sooo you lied!!! 😂
Sad thing is, people like this, with money and in power, you can avoid any actual consequences for vile acts like jones does.
No neck Jones 😂 A kind of sounds like the title of a blues song😅😅
I never get tired of watching this.
Evidentiary disclosures are mandated by the court. If the text messages were not considered private/privileged, then his attorneys must share it. If it was a true “accident” and was privileged, the opposing attorney knew it was an “accident” that should not be shared, then he would have to return it and not be able to use it. If he truly used “accidentally disclosed privileged evidence” he would be disbarred. What he likely means is that he subpoena’d the text messages (makes sense since he said they’ve discussed it before and are likely not privileged here), and that his attorneys gave it without a fuss, which a moral attorney should and would do but a good attorney would’ve fought it and ultimately lost that evidentiary battle anyways. Notice, he said “didn’t you say you searched your phone and did not find anything mentioning Sandy hook”, well that can be true and it can also be true that there is messages mentioning Sandy hook. He did not perjure himself, not yet at least. This attorney also did not say whether they did in fact find text messages mentioning Sandy Hook. Without more info, this attorney appears to be fishing hoping Alex messes up on the stand, but he hasn’t… fair tactic though!
Alex already lost this case genius
@@dengar96😂😂
This wasnt even the trial to determine his guilt that was done behind closed doors and not by a jury.
This is a damages determination hearing.
Alex jones was already deemed guilty by a corrupt judge that didnt care to hear his defense. Thats called corruption.
@@dengar96 he didn't lose this case. There was a summary judgment. This was a clown show and a perfect example of how laughable our justice system has become.
@@michaelrael3278is that so? 😂
I would definitely not hire his attorneys.
This is sick. I hope these families never sleep well again.
Why?
You need to prove he is capable of actually knowing how to properly search his own phone.
You type in “sandy hook”😂
no. pretty sure he should be aware of whether he’s ever brought up sandy hooks in chats or not.
He’s capable of making a living he can search his phone
You type in Sandy Hook.
iPhone iMessage search function does not work right ever. It only searches texts currently stored on device not on icloud (but gives no indication it’s doing this). I guarantee this is what happened
The words "entire digital copy" says it all. Lawyer is corrupt
And stupid
How do? He didn’t ask for the file. Jone’s lawyer’s ineptitude just sent it to them.
