I remember back in the 80`s I was flying from Hartford to LA on business when there were 2 A-10`s in front of us taxiing, never heard of or seen one before and I was so awestruck and amazed how friggin awesome these jets are! Thank you so much once again Ryan and Bobby, you guys really have awesome videos, I`ve been a fan of Ryan and Mike for years and now of yours too Bobby! Thank you also EFlight -- AWESOME JET!!!

Good call on taping the connections inside the tail. No way to get to them and I have had enough nitro car battery pack connectors work loose that I now tape EVERYTHING.

the airplane must be placed right up (not upside down) to bind it. It may be trivial to the people who are familiar with this model, but that was new to me. It took me so much time to figure this out!

Thanks to you I was able to put together my A10 Thunderbolt but. You did not teach how to program this yet on high rate. I could not program my A10 using my spectrum DX6 transmiter

Finally, the A-10 I always wanted, 4 channel w/retracts and small enough (64mm) to fit in the car. PLUS it's a really well made model with good features.

Sweet, I no longer have the only 64mm 6s A10, except mine is a star max from 2008. I'm definitely getting a set of gear, Ryan what's the length of those struts? 70 mm is the one I want still.
Is there space in the nose to add an fpv camera? How about a Caddx Vista?

Is there any reason why you couldn't use foam tack instead of Ca & Kicker on this A-10? It might prove more difficult and a tad messier, but I'm talking from a bond/strength standpoint? Very Interested in this Jet from its size to the fact its 6s and has lights and is well represented in the modelling.
What if you have to change out a servo in the horizontal stabilizer?? I am missing something here? The horizontal stabilizer needs to be removable!

I used magnets to attach my front radar pod thjngymabobber.
I might attempt to mount a really small pinhole camera inside it. Would be a cool FPV setup. It would be hard as hell, that little radar pod is barely bigger than the camera.
Come on body. I bound and programmed my A10 thunderbird. But my safe AS3X did not activate. You as pro should explain how to. Program and switch asing fo safe AS3X. Using DX6 spectrum transmiter.

Octane 209 it’s a great Jet. It’s a delta wing so it’s really good at slow flight and rolls like a drill bit. I still have mine. It has a custom Bunny Fighter paint scheme now. We did a video of it on this channel . Check it out.
Great video, very informative. Man I really like this plane alot. It looks like the real thing. I'm very familiar with rc trucks and cars both electric and nitro. I have around 20 units or more.. Question, this plane in the video says very easy to fly. Would you recommend this plane to someone like me that has no experience with airplanes but like I said have experience with the cars and trucks electic and nitro? I have played with a helicopter a time or 2. Thumbs up on this video, thanks. 👍
I’d look at the Habu sts, turbo Timber and 1.1 meter aeroscout for first planes. Habu is a jet and it even comes with a simulator. I’ve got videos on these I mentioned except 1.1 aeroscout

I LOVE THAT PLANE ,BUT THE DESIGNER FAIL TO ADD 2 SCREWS ON THE RUDER ASSM, IS NOT SAMART TO GLUE THE PARTS,IS A PLUG AND PLAY DEAL,IF FOR SOME REASON YO HAVE TO CORRECT SOMETING YOU HAVE TO BRAKE AWAY

Great video! Just FYI ... You are running your rudder servo wires incorrectly. You are incorrectly putting the short rudder servo wires in the slot that is intended for the vertical stabilizer spar as you are gluing it in the video. While it is probably negligible, this may create a slight "TOE OUT" on the vertical stabilizers & also makes it more difficult to change a rudder servo in the future. The horizontal stab may also not fully seat in the vertical STAB pocket with the wire in that slot:( They made a channel in each end of the horizontal STAB for the short rudder wire to make a "S'" turn before it plugs into the rudder "Y" Harness. Hope this helps:)

Would you recommend this for someone that's only had experience with ground RC's because It Is pretty expensive I would cry If I crashed this thing 1st try?
There are better first choices like the habu sts and the aero scout or apprentice. Click the link in the description and search Those names and you will see those

Nice but Shame not like the Mustang ... the servos could be painted etc. THE horrible tape covering the wires wrong colour. AND another A10 why? There are some many cool jets they could make.

@@PilotRyanMedia Yeah, don't worry. It's definitely in 1080p, youtube is just being dumb. Sometimes it doesn't switch to full HD automatically, it just gets stuck at the worst resolution available.
