Definitely made me feel like I need to be "UP THERE" as soon as I step on the scene. And knowing I'm not there yet and WORKING on it, causes me to say to myself ok I'll get out there once I get myself together. Just recently did some work on this mindset so I'm coming of it. But this has definitely cause me some wasted YEARS 🤦🏾♀️

You stated ‘getting myself together’ … what if we are already as together as we need to be to take the FIRST/NEXT step? Sometimes we are so consumed with what we THINK we need to be doing, where we THINK we should be. Honor where you are and what you have gained and use that. In that action, MORE will be experienced and you’ll just add it on to your toolkit. But if we wait to get it all together, chileee we gonna be waiting for ever!

Congrats on wanting to start your podcast and on such a beautifully powerful topic like self care … so needed in our world! Be careful letting little things trip you up. Because for a podcast, you don’t need lighting. UNLESS you’re saying you want a video AND audio podcast. So what lighting CAN you use? Natural light near a window is a great place to start. But girl, if you were to see some of the lighting in my first videos back in 2016, you wouldn’t let that hold you back. The power for me was in my messaging. How clear are you feeling in your messaging for the podcast, target audience, and content strategy? Also, do you have offers in your business model you want the podcast to lead to? Can’t wait to hear love!
