    My name is Tyler and I am an online nutrition coach & personal trainer specializing in women's weight loss as the hit perimenopause and menopause. Why should you trust a 26 year old dude on this? Because I care (and know my stuff). My mom was diagnosed with early onset dementia at 58 years old. I watched her take menopause hard, go through depressive episodes, take anxiety medication for years and now deal with dementia every day.
