I'm interested in the adjustable stem for measuring the proper stem length etc. who makes that or where did you get it? my google searches only bring up adjustable stems and not this measuring tool. Thanks

I think this is why the best fitters charge so much. They know these guys exist. For starters cleat position is a school of thought. With the mainstream where this guy is. You can def be to far forward but not really to far back but since going backwards changes your position it could make her problem (too long top tube worse) so if I was trying to make her fit an oversized bike then yes that's a good cleat position. Willing to bet this guy set her saddle height a bit too high (5-10mm) common when using that horrible machine along with a poorly trained person. He is very correct in telling her not to try to mimick pros by going low. No bar width mentioned... They might have been fine or he doesn't know or care to check. Some bars have different distances to get to the drops which can help with some riders.
@0:49 He just contradicted himself. He said that the ball of her foot and the joint of the 5th metatarsal SHOULD be over the axle, and in the next sentence he said it WAS, and that it SHOULDN'Tt be, because it causes too much pressure. Well, which is it?? lol
No mention at all of the most important thing when cycling on a road bike, and that is cadence. You want to spin at 90+ RPM to be the most efficient. When you pedal at 60 RPM then you exert too much force on the pedals and get tired, while at 90 RPM you exert less force so don't get tired out.
