Cleans it. I bought a shampoo cap, though not this brand and I couldn’t believe how clean my hair was afterwards. I wish I knew these existed a long time ago lol
Hi, I used one like this, today, and I thought the same thing... so rather than use a MW, I filled the basin with fairly hot water and popped it in, weighted it down and by the time i had faffed around getting towels and positioning my client, it was plenty warm enough to use, and my client was quite happy with the temperature... it also did the trick... after towel drying you can still style with a hair dryer.
I woupd like to know what ingridients it contains. you never know if it's healthy for your scalp and hair in the long run..
Best to make sure its not too warm, before placing
Does this actually clean you’re hair though or just freshen it up

You can heat these the shampoo caps either in the microwave or heat it up in a saucepan on the stove or fire.
what if you don't have a microwave to heat it? my mother wants it warm but we don't have microwave

Although if it deals with the oil on the scalp (?) maybe it would be enough
