I love this song.... written for a movie that never came out, I believe. I play the Ed Cherry cover with my trio. This contemplative feel is perfect for the song. Beautiful job by all!!👍😄
Thanks Barry
Wow! Another beautiful rendition of a great tune that I have always loved. Thank you for this.
Dang that's nice Chris. Great playing with such a sensitive drummer and organist. It doesn't get any better than this right here.
Thank you Vince
Thanks Chris for reminding me why I fell in love with Jazz. This so reminds me of when I first heard Chet Baker. Great performance .
Thanks Charles
So much emotion and soul in your playing...

Wonderfully tasteful, soulful, respectful of tradition and still idiosyncratic. Great job everyone.

Thank you Rick!
thanks for posting this is a really great song to listen to when just settling down
Thank you!
Doesn't get much better than this! Nothing is ever overdone and influences show through everywhere - someone below has already mentioned Grant Green but I can hear an Emmanuel Bex influence in the organ solo and the slow brush swing style of Tony Crombie coming through on drums. Perfect!
Thank you very much!
This is just beautiful - played from the heart

Beautiful slow tempo playing by the group, and, of course, wonderful tone and touch by the guitarist. Chris, how was playing with Royce Campbell?
Thanks Neil. Playing with Royce was a blast. It had been a few years since we played a gig together. We will do it again soon.
