My angel food chef and friend I'm again down on my knees begging you to adopt me and my little mini Yorkie soulmate 💞 I'm going to make this no matter what asap because you've made a 💯 keeper of This recipe and your simple instructions and presentation gives me the cravings and munchies and courage to DO this mouthwatering and yep authentic Italian sp❤️ in 💞 on 💞 it ❤️ Well 🐾 DONE 💞 Master ❤️ Chef 💞 you're 💞 the 💞 Ultimate 💞🐾💞 PS _ I learnt from my mama Italian food at its finest when left to stand for a time after cooking for everything to come together. Why do you call this Alfredo? This is a cream sauce. Alfredo sauce is butter, Parmesan, and pasta water; there’s no cream, stock, wine, or garlic. I like your channel, but please, careful with the names!
Hi. @GMIAC _ I was not going to comment on your message but I'm Italian and I find your message unjust and rude and disrespectful. Every country has their own very many different cultures and traditions and customs as you know if you're truly Italian how true this is of Italy? Every individual in this world who cooks or has had recipes passed down from generation to generation adds etc to that recipe and eventually you have many many versions of a recipe and each individual has made their recipe their "own version". I admire this tremendously as it shows the diversity and dedication of each individual who has a passion for cooking. What a wonderful way to show your passion for cooking and to share this with other's? This Chef and his channel Is to me especially the most authentic and amazing and inspirational and the best I've yet encountered on utube or anywhere. So please kindly do not criticise and be unkind and unfair and judgemental when in fact he's 💯 authentic and amazing. Thank you 🙏
