meade916 your s great friend doing this for free I wish I had someone to do this for me you don't even get this type of brotherhood in the Army no more everyone be all for self these days but I love your videos and couldn't wait for this one. Big ups to you and what you do man
i just wanna take this time to thank brother meade because if i didn't stumble across your page all those years ago i wouldn't be the basshead i am today
I always told people from vids back in the day... STEVES GOT THIS yall be tripping for no reason steve be doing this for fun and out of his heart to help the homie out
These guys don't Get it. It takes time to do it right. Props to Steve for taking time outta his bizzy as heck schedule to help out a friend. This is what it's all about folks.
Attention to detail and craftsmanship. This is why Steve Meade is the man for installs. The heatshrink over the bullett connectors for the head unit and twisting of the wires. Too many people in the service industry do shit half ass.
This project is shaping up real nice. That Second Skin is a good product. Went over to the factory a couple weeks ago to get what i need for my car. They came out to the parking lot to ensure i got that full coverage of Sound Deadening for my whole vehicle. Great group of folks.
Byron Chambliss I’m doing my Impala with Second Skin. I am also going to use their fast rings system, I have always used Dynamat, going back to when they first came out.
I’ve been following this build/install from the beginning and every time you post a new update video makes me more and more excited about my next build I’ve been collecting stuff for! Keep the videos coming you are inspiring me with some amazing ideas brother! SMD =‘s bad ass!
I need a shopping cart and about 6 minutes in your garage to get some components for my system. Smh. Still couldn’t make it look as amazing as you do. Great work bro been watching you for years.
A Steve you know you be doing your thang on these installs you be doing. This one is coming along good. Can't wait til video 6 and the finishing touch video too. Thanks Mr. Meade
I did installs for 10 years back in the days... Even on a brand new Lexus we would get product within a week... this taking way too long! It’s excellent but taking time and space! Even for a friend ya gotta turn that register! Love your work! I would hope to be that good if I stayed in it!
Steve your heart is in the right place the big man high in the sky watches all of us. I`m sure all the haters will hate but that just shows the color of their heart keep doing what your doing and all will work out. Your calling in life is car Audio and your a miracle worker with it I could only dream of your talent. Some years ago I was in Afghanistan and was hit by a IED and we all walked away and from that blast that should of killed us, I have learned life is so much more and I make it a point to help people when they need it. God Bless brother and keep these videos coming alway a pleasure to watch and learn.
A center ported sub box that fits under the rear sear with four 8's firing forward. Or two 10/12's firing up with the center forward port, either way can you should us how you would do a ported under seat enclosure?
I feel your pain Steve Wanting to put in decent 6.5s and prefab parts come designed for nothing bigger than 6” 😩 You do what ya can though. Good stuff.
I love it, you look scared to do anything on this car haha. You’ve done a fantastic job on fixing it! It was one right mess of a car and system, surprised it hadn’t caught fire!
How do they sound, they look like they are aimed up under the dash? Between that, and your legs being down there, seems like that's not a very good spot for them?
As I just got my Q forms in today this was sweet! I got some sound deadener left and I wouldn't have thought to do this. Been watching your vids for years and finally got something you made. Three or the 4 fuse blocks and one of the 2 fuse block holders and a volt meter, I got to say nice job! Worth the extra $$$ over my old cheap single fuse holders.
been loving this series man. some of the comments and trolls around here though. good lord. these guys need to get lives. killer work as always steve. keep it up man!
Love watching your videos, I always pick up little tricks I can use from watching you do installs! For example using your vice and drill to spin the wires together! Clean AF!

@@pydepiperproductionsllcjon7585 fuck you. Say it to my face. Bitch ass coward. The day you or some RANDOM NOBODY named "Nitrous boy" tells me what i need to do is the same day i shit and fall over in it. Now please, /yourself. The world hates your guts.
@@pydepiperproductionsllcjon7585 "what nitrous was saying is right"....LOL two losers blowing eachother...neither one with ANY experience in the matter. SMH i see it every day. Please, go play in traffic. At night.
ya bro these guys got something wrong with them. It's like when their mommy was shitting them out on the sidewalk 14 years ago, they hit their head a little too hard. Look at their pages. You can tell in 2 seconds what kind of losers i deal with on the daily.

Thought of building s box with plexiglass in the back seat of my truck where you could see through it out the back window and still use rear view mirror love the videos steve
I put those same Q-form kick panels in my Suburban! They fit great and are super easy to use, but the small enclosure space lacks a little midbass. I am looking to put some 8s in the doors where the original front speakers were.
Man can't wait to check out your box and amp rack design, I know it's gonna be bad as HELL I've been watching you do this shit for years and have picked up allotta tips from your installs...
Awesome work man like u have said you don’t claim to be the best or an installer but I have not seen anyone from Tulare-Fresno area take as much pride and have the skill for that matter to even come close to do what you do.. one day hopefully i can take my 03 Sierra to you
Love your vids bro, and the talent u have. I can't wait to go back to Puerto Rico to do some work on my car out there, I only did motor & body on mine and with these vids I will definitely hook up a nice system in my baby, thanks big bro keep them vids coming with awesome ideas etc👍👍👍🤗🤗👌
Someone school me please. Do tweeters in the kick panels like that put your front stage on the floor? I've always tried to keep them up and haven't heard them listed that low.
You guys bridging that IA 75x4 to those B2 comps? That alpine's 3 way network mode capable so i'd just bypass those b2 passive crossovers completely and run active.
I wish I could install kicks but the spot on both sides in my car is taken up by computers lol. Looks nice and clean, this is going to be a great dd system for your friend.
So the only wire you connected from the stock harness plug was the ignition? Power, ground, and remote from the deck ran to the back? Just curious. I have a 94 Chevy I’m working on as well.

This is a historic moment! The first time I’ve ever seen you use crimping in an install! Always solder 😮. I get its 100% free but wire crimps !
historic? i do this all the time. Never had one fail in my life. This ain't no T-tap. Settle down.
Thanks Steve. this free job looks better than what I paid to get done in my car.
This is gonna be a nice system when you're finished. Great work man,and doing it for the "homie hook up" just adds to you're credibility.
Nice and clean as usual, great work man! I can hardly wait to see more vids of this project.

Wow all this time and effort for free, you’re the man Steve!

Better than 1991 factory.

So when will the SMD kick panels be coming out?
they are already out. They are custom one off's. These are Q-forms. Much faster and easier.
It was a Dean (5 star car stereo ) moment when the tesa tape was busted out.
I have a question , i have a small suzuki samurai soft top what would be a good subwoofer box to use? (What type of box)
Why a Alpine deck? Vs a pioneer DEH-X7800BHS. Just a question?
Looks great!!
Love the choice of music in background on the vids!
Steve you a boss love the 80s music keep those car audio video coming bro
Great work. Haters gonna hate. Get loud
10:45 love it! Great way to neaten things up and reduce interference
You could build a bandpass box, that acts as a seat bottom. Then figure out something for a back rest. Not sure where you would mount the amps though.
Clean, efficient, proper along with some Danish goodies.... nice hook up tuned in for more bucket o bass.
