Hi Elaine, the rose down by the water are dog roses,and yes their sent is beautiful
I read on 1 of You Tube vlogs that if you put some soapy water with some crushed or chopped garlic into a spray bottle and give it a shake ,then spray around your pots ,works on paths and fencing as well, as slugs and snails don't like the smell. Works well on hostas.
Lovely vlog today.You are lucky having a craft room. Mine is part of the bedroom so a bit squashed. My husband has all the space ,office,man cave and a large cabin workspace!! And he still moans 😂. Your new desk is brilliant.

Oh what a beautiful vlog Elayne! I have craft room envy! The sand dunes look stunning! Where is the peninsula opposite?
I need a she room😂but still got adult sons at home so craft room is the kitchen
It was a case of loose a daughter ( from home) and gain a she- room 😊. Everyone's a winner. One day you will get your craft room when your sons fly the nest. I'm after my son's room next 😂. It's on the third floor ( so quiet and peaceful) and it's really big but he isn't leaving anytime soon with free board and lodgings . They're not stupid are they and know where their bread is buttered xx

Elayne the smell of bacon frying gets you every time mmmmmm. My son has a desk that rises. They’re brilliant. It must be lovely having a bit of MY space. The only time I have any is when I do the garden then miraculously there’s nobody to be seen Beautiful wild flowers and you’ve potted some gorgeous ones. Lovely vlog Elayne. ❤❤
