Hi coach! I have just changed team, everything is great both on ice and off ice tranings. But guys are not working that hard, i think they are a bit lazy on the ice. Do u think I can somehow make or motivate them work harder and skate more?
Absolutely you can -- I find motivation for an entire team is best executed during the warm up. You should have the team all do the same warm up at the same time and talk to them about the practice and/or game in a motivating way so it acts as a bridge both mentally and physically between real life and hockey performance.

Great video. Nice collection of genuine agility drills rather than the stock standard change of direction skills. Thanks!

Both 💪
What distances are you using for the T-Test and Horizontal Sprints?
10yds to the first cone, and then 5yds distance from the first cone to the two shuffle ones.
Would ice baths or epsom salt baths be good during a tournament?
Yup -- in the case of a high-profile tournament, ice baths would be preferred.
At night or in between games?
@@johnhohnson2771 in between games
