Hey you from the crib! Yes I’m trying to get the hell away from Miami omg it’s crazy the housing market! Definitely by the end of the year I’m out ! I’m a nurse so I can find a job.. and yes they told us that in school! That’s a Miami lie lol never snowed
@@jf4272 I don’t really work out of the Tampa market but I have heard great things. Can’t confirm or deny if it’s better than Orlando or not. I do know some realtors that work out of Tampa that can probably answer that question of whether Tampa is a good option.
I’m from philly and I will definitely enjoy a break from the snow. I just moved to Orlando 3 months ago so I don’t have many pros but some of my cons are that they aren’t really helpful out here. There is barely any resources. Apartment complexes fill up fast so there isn’t enough housing and also things are too hard to get. I know that signing up my children for school in Philly was maybe a 5 step process but here in Florida you gotta jump through hoops but I have faith that I’ll adjust

That’s the main reason I won’t move. They pay soooo bad for the career I’m in and I refused to take a $10/15 pay cut and pay more for housing/ cost of living . I’ll just take flordia vacays every year instead
@ nope but going to another state it equals out to be the same so house in Oregon 200k ok the pay will be lower according to living but nursing is nursing the work is not less , so nurse should be paid adequately
@@BrownskinbambiRN there is no such thing as a 200k house in Oregon. Expect 350k for a probs 2 bed 1 bath if that. Lucky to find that. Rain all year long. Rent including utilities will NOT be any cheaper than $2000 no exceptions unless you find a crazy cool landlord. Low job opportunities since so many people move here it takes away all the jobs. Especially in places people are actually getting paid the big bucks let’s says $60 and hour. The rent is going to be $3000 if not more. We have property tax, transportation tax, everything except sales tax. Not to say Nurses shouldn’t be paid more other places. But cost of living makes sense for pay here. Yes, it absolutely did snow once. I'm from Miami and I believe I was in middle grade when it happened.

A major con about living in Orlando is the cost of living. Housing can be very expensive.
This video was so helpful and informative! Thanks so much for sharing🤗

Yesss friend put them on game of Florida; aint nothing like Florida water 😝; i love the weather and theme parks.

Between Orlando and Jacksonville where would you say is more diverse?
Definetly Orlando! People move from all over to live in Orlando. A lot of people in Jacksonville been there their whole lives.
Jacksonville is rough
As a Jacksomville native. Don't do it sis.
