Hi....did you sign any indemnity and/or insurance form(s)? The pilot who flew you, was he a certified tandem pilot(FAI or APPI)? Or from a local club without any recognised affiliation?

Hi there was a waiver to be signed. The pilot we had competes (as to what he said) for paragliding events
