Last story: for anyone wondering why OP included landlord, tow driver, and HOA board members while expecting them to be dismissed - it gives them the chance to say they had no responsibility (and the court to affirm this) and deny "Diane" an opportunity to shift blame...
Bar story: DM wasn't overly bright. Not only did he schedule a live band on a night when there was a nearby music festival, but he also refused trained help when it was offered. What a maroon! Ice cream vs spinach story: I don't pretend to know all the ins and outs of store shelves getting restocked, but I have seen Coke and Pepsi vendors in doing their thing, as well as a couple of others when I'm in Walmart. HOA story: Diane wasn't very smart not paying a court ordered judgement. Well done OP!
Re: The vendor story. It depends on location and suppliers. Some grocery stores have vendors stocking drinks, bread, ice cream, snack items, chips.. etc. Some only have one or two vendors and her everything else thru the warehouse
@@MojoPup But where they have vendors, don't expect them to know where everything is in the store, let alone be able to "go in the back" to get something for you.
@@merlinathrawes746 Why would I expect them to know where anything else is? That wasn't the point of my comment. I've been a vendor, I've also worked in food stores.
Diane is lucky she wasn't also Arrested and Charged with Grand Theft for having OP's car Towed (i.e. Stolen) when she knew she did NOT have the Right to do that... If I were in OP's place, I would have been Filing Grand Theft Charges against her ESPECIALLY when I found out she wasn't on the Board...and I'd be taking that Garnishment Order to her Employer to make DAMN sure I got my remaining $250.00 as soon as her next Paycheck was issued...screw waiting for her to sell her Condo, that could take years, I'd want my money RIGHT FREAKING NOW!!! 😄😁😆😅😂🤣
Ive been working 43 years in construction and agriculture, Yes I have lied about experience to get a job, but never lied about my ability to learn new skills and have always excelled, even beyond my own expectations. At 57, this old dog learns new tricks handily, and I can spot a scammer from a mile away...
OP in the last story was lucky to get paid for is time. Courts will sometimes award attorney's fees, but almost never anything for the plaintiff's time. (voice of experience)
I wish that lady that was complaining about the ice cream vendor was in disguise or something lol like wearing a fake mustache to try not to be noticed by him lol😂😂😂
Oh yeah my friend had DM like that moron in the story, cept her plan was stupider as she planned to get everyone fired and hire her family but On day one which was the Gasparilla night parade she put her plan into action and she was severely overwhelmed because the bars close to avoid massive crowds and thieves, they made off with 800,000$ in high end drinks and anything not nailed down she was promptly fired and sued by the owners who had to close for almost a month because this woman basically deleted alot of files off the computer to which she was told to never touch it
STORY #2 when the karen said they don't put out their own ice cream I myself would have said they do if they want it done right/ STORY #3 KUDOS TO YOU OP way to stick it to them A-HOLES GOOD JOB

Love the malicious compliance on Diane.

Dreyers had vendors, and so did Ben & Jerry's. Friends of my family were original owners of Mothers Cookies & Dreyers back in the day. ✌️

Kudos to the OP in the last story. He did the work to screw the Karen.

Ice cream lady: she came back because the competitors didn’t have her usual groceries. Or were a lot less convenient.
And/or were a lot more expensive...
Call the IRS on Diane too
I wish that lady that was complaining about the ice cream vendor was in disguise or something lol like wearing a fake mustache to try not to be noticed by him lol😂😂😂
The hired door security to manage? What an easy way to go out of business.

You could say DM was literally shown the door.
That was one of the best pro revenge stories I’ve heard in a while. Diane FA and now she’s FO.

good afternoon! unless you’re a HOA. then, bad afternoon.
That last story... chef's kiss.
Micro managers are the worst especially when they won’t let you finish your work & keep moving you every 15 minutes
Hello from Poland Redwheel and everyone!!!
last story....OP's car ended up being "Turbo-tastic"
Maybe Diane should have minded her own business.
On the last story, great job op.

Never pay HOA's.
