Was in Asia in the late seventys. Tipping was pretty much unheard of. We went out to eat and left a tip and while we were leaving one of the staff ran up telling us we over paid. We had to explain that the food and service were so good we had to leave them a gift. We continued eating there and we were waited on hand and foot.
Story 1: Talk about stumbling over dollars to save pennies. Raise story: That short-circuited Fred all right! Kroger story: Yeah, I don't know if I would go back to that Kroger. A simple check of the CCTV would show she approached and slapped OP and OP never touched her. HOA driveway vs street parking story: And this is why I won't live in an HOA. Somebody on the board always gets a bit power mad.
I know. I was looking at a 10 acre plot and saw there was an HOA to handle the shared well in the area. So noped out, it's too bad because it was a really good price per acre. It may be used for the well today, but doesn't mean later it wouldn't be used to say you couldn't have this or that animal or you had to have this or that type of fencing or could no longer camp or were required to build a home.
$60.68 Receipt Story: OP could have probably prevented the entire mess if they'd gotten their Manager's Claim that the single overage would be covered in writing...
Almost Last story - I watched some lady decided to get slap happy in a grocery store (Safe-something), till she tried with a guy that grabbed a wine bottle by the neck, held it under his belt, and told her not to fucking touch him in a cold tone. This is a deadly weapon in the eyes of the law so she called the cops. He bought it before cops got there so it was a sale, and she got taken away by cops. I was a witness, I guess the guy was a vet and going around beating people for no reason was not okay for more reasons than normal. I am not sure if I would have used a wine bottle...but I wonder she almost did a big fucky wucky.
I would sue Kroger, I would sue her, and I would have charges pressed against her until that little tramp was suffering in jail! She got away with assaulting him, and that is unacceptable.
and Lost technicly op did yell at the top of his lungs the disturpence of the peace (looking like a biker yelling its not a good sign and a store has the right to ban anyone for what everreason they want most stores has a sign saying "we reserve the right to refuse anybody"
@timhansen6951 No, would've won and got the ban lifted immediately, cause the security cameras would have seen he was being peaceful until the karen cow slapped him.
That’s a load of garbage, any business that would ban a victim of a crime for being the victim of a crime deserves to become a victim of a crime, and then get banned from existence. Sue Kroger anyway, list them as accompliss to the assault, better yet, the masterminds behind the assault and provide the evidence they did it based on illegal discrimination. If OP is a white, biker looking guy, say, “they banned me because they have assaulted me for looking Bike-curious.” That was an established sexual orientation.
@@timhansen6951still a load. Laws exist, not to protect people from criminals, but to protect the public from the true justice at the hands of true authority, organized public outrage.
The slapping Karen was lucky to be standing after slapping that man. Had he been a person who gives better than he gets, she might have ended up lying on the floor. How many aisles were in that Krogers? How hard would it be to walk the aisles and search for that firewood?
last story think it was on here a few weeks ago from the otherside neighbour keeps having party´s aka loud abnoxious party keeps parking in front of ops house blocking the family from parking and partially blocking there driveway
If I am assaulted in a store and defend myself. If they dare to ban me after failing in their duty of care towards me I would be nowhere near as mellow as this guy. If the store wants to go full Karen in response to me defending myself from a karen on their premises, then I am going to teach them exactly what every self respecting Karen aspires to.
I'd think that it might be possible to charge the store management with being an accessory after the fact to assault since they're effectively protecting the assailant.
It amazes me how people will take the time to ask someone where something is located, but can't take that same time to look for the item themselves. How hard is it to wander a story and look for something?
I'd be putting Kroger on BLAST for banning me because another customer assaulted me. That and pressing charges against the bitty.
Kroger story: So OP's grandpa was Old Yeller? Hope he never got rabies!

2:10 and the customer is right. Inviting client/customer is NOT part of you billable expense account. That was a bill for your company.

I would have sued the hell out of Kroger for the original banning.

Publix is a religion in some parts of the South, particularly Florida.
Explains why it cost about 25% more for things than at Walmart
I get all of my fried chicken & chicken tenders from Publix
This is the first time I have ever heard of Publix
Btw The firewood at kroger stores is either in the charcoal area (summer) or up front near the ice or vending machines (winter).

😎Aloha!

You. Should take Kroger’s to court
You should probably take them to court for banning you
After being assaulted
It should all be on camera
Or at least complain to corporate
