Hey All! Thanks for watching thus far. As I shared in the description of this video, I think some may find this type of ASMR totally relaxing and others may say, "huh?" Wherever you may fall on the spectrum, I'm really into exploring new bounds of botanical awareness and bliss, (...if we don't try, we don't know, right?), so I hope you can appreciate this, even if it's not for you. This one was particularly challenging to film, as a botanical garden (even without people in it), is not particularly quiet (hence the white noise of the fans behind), so next time I do this, I'll take that into consideration! Special thanks to the Bergius Botanic Gardens for letting us film that day :)

Regardless of how an individual may feel on the subject this was a remarkable triumph for the online plant community! It's a beautiful experiment in further sharing the beauty of the plant world we love. Now, if you can get Chad from the Fairchild with you on your next one that would be ASMR gold!😉 👍

I hope you do more of ASMR videos in the future. You're giving us the experience of actually touching the plants - something that is otherwise lost in in this type of format. I was so deep into the video, I actually forgot I'm watching one lol Great work! :)

This was so great as your first ASMR video. So proud 😊 and happy to see more people respecting ASMR for what it is. For people with anxiety sometimes these extra quiet and slow videos are just what we need to center ourselves. That was the biggest reason I got into plant collecting in the first place.. thank you for combining my two favorite worlds ❤️

This is genius! I'm not partial to ASMR, I think I may be missing something in my brain that enjoys or understands that, but, this is such a great example of trends that would seem a juxtaposition being brought into a unity so that different people can enjoy them. So ASMR fans WELCOME! Summer makes great videos and I dare you not to learn a thing or two about plants while you enjoy her soothing voice and the interesting sounds of life.
@summer - you killed me with the beginning - "I have 2 microphones...on a pencil" HAHAAHAHA! love that you try new things. Very impressed

This video has been up for a long time but I just ran into it. I’ve been watching your you tube videos in order before bedtime and if it’s very late then they make me fall asleep but not because they are boring but because they are soothing. Once I notice I’m not watching only listening then I turn it off and rewatch it the next day so I can see the plants! It would be awesome to create recordings especially for falling asleep and meditation but I’ll probably be gone by the third sentence!

Great video, a good idea with a good execution. One thing though, I got a bit startled when the outro started(I was pretty much asleep), the outro just needs to be a little softer is what I'm saying I guess.

Thanks for the feedback. My friend said it’s a bit like how they wake you up after the final pose of a yoga class. I think next time it should get right into the ASMR piece and then fade out as you suggest

Such an educational asmr video. I was relaxed and fascinated. I may be alone on this but i think a similar video with you talking softly but not wispering would be relaxing too. I put on old videos of yours that ive already watched to sleep because your voice is soothing. I know most people like whispers though. The filmography is always 100% so of course this is also on par!

Thank you so much for your comprehensive feedback. On Sunday, I'll have a slightly similar video...Not really ASMR, but more a relaxing planting video, so would love your thoughts on that. I guess this is the "go easy" week :)

Wow, that was amazing. I don't know if you're suppose to fall asleep since I have never heard of ASMR before, but I just took the best nap ever.

That was just wonderful! At first I felt confused and found myself checking if this how it would be til' the end of the video 🤭 but then I chose to "give in to it" and I loved it! I would definately enjoy some of these ASMR videos or soundscapes from You 😊

It has been quite time already, especially since I began watching your videos...., I started feeling a pleasant sensation and even more undescribable attraction to the plants even more than before...for example "Sounds such as crushing the pebbles, etc"
I spoke to my best friend about this sensation, and since she also loves plants as I do, she shared her opinion with me as well, telling me that she also likes these sounds!
Today, for some reason that I don't know this video came across to my attention... It amazed me so much... I have not way to interpret this sensation... So gratifying and attractive to my senses.
Can you please explain more about this topic? Your videos touch extraordinarily to everyone... This is my opinion so far!
Thank you in advance for your response.

Braingasm! Lately, I've been stressed out so I slip in the earbuds and go to sleep with ASMR. Page turning and slime for $100 Alex. Then, a couple of days ago, during one of your house tours, I too had an ASMR moment from the voice and the stroking sound of your fingers on plant leaves. Which admittedly sounds creepy yet swear it isn't. To people who are not prone to ASMR, it's beyond weird, and goodness knows my husband still looks worried, okay, make that he looks like he wants to call the ambulance pronto and have me committed. So I'll keep this video tour to myself lol. Thanks!

The main problem of this video is that it's impossible to not fall asleep in the middle of it ( just around the cactus sound) and I really want to watch it till the end! 😂 Let's try again (my 6th trial)
