His goals are totally obtainable, and for the most part, his desire to incorporate plants into his space reflect what all who cohabitate with plants want. He’s lucky to have your expertise to bring his hopes to fruition. This was a thoroughly enjoyable video. It just goes to show that there’s NO need to be put-off by living in a concrete jungle, especially when living aside plants is an option. You both are charming 💜. Damon, the Chinese Evergreen is a lovely home Plant Damon, too. I hope this is not too overwhelming for him! The plants really took his rather stoic and sterile environment and helped bring the eye more to the architectural details that he is so proud of. Beautifully done!

Summer, this is amazing!! The lighting information is especially helpful. I’ve struggled to understand the difference between light levels in my own space. Seeing the huge window I thought you would say it’s a “high light” exposure. The breakdown of light intensity, colour/temperature and direction makes it so much clearer (I have to move some plants 🥴). Thank you!! And thank you Damon for sharing your beautiful home. I got three medium-small size plants in my bedroom and my mental well being over all has improved significantly. I also noticed less dust particle in my room and the humidity level is perfect. The plans also act as sound cancelling and the dull green leaves decreases my anxiety episodes.
This would be such a good series of you going into people's houses and giving them a houseplant home makeover. I watch this quite frequently and it's so much fun seeing the different ways you get around certain hurdles and your reasonings for certain plants.
I think we just witnessed the birth of Miss SRO's side hustle as an interior plant designer 😉👍 I absolutely adore this full length feature! Calling this a video doesn't do it justice.

I am impressed with how engaged David was with learning about his plants. This was not just a "come fix up my apartment" request. He seemed to truly be interested in interacting with the plants he wanted in his living space, which is one reason I think we should have plants in our living space. Like you, Summer, I can see soooo many more plants in that space! This was a fantastic video, all the way around.

I'm new to plants. I've been experimenting with 5 in the last 3 months. I just stumbled on your channel and I have to say, I've never been so.. enthralled learning about plants. I watched this video straight through. Loving plants is a bit new to me.... just within the last 6 months have I been interested. I'm definitely going to keep watching your channel. I really enjoyed this episode as it brought together various aspects of houseplant care I have learnt since watching your channel e.g lighting, watering, type of soil etc Also how to assess the light conditions in your home and being realistic about your care committments. I have watched this video so many times. I love the transformation process so much! I’ve learned a lot and I feel like I’ve gotten lucky with the plants in my apartment or they climatized themselves really well.
I would love to know if you plan on having a discord- it would be a good way for the community members to connect and share information and help one another, you could also pull ideas from a tab that you create called (whatever you name it) either suggestions, ideas, etc.
the members can carry on with one another and even share pictures in a designated thread. When you get time you could also pick questions at random if you so choose. It’s a great way to organize from everything I’ve been told.
