put a epoxy coating for flnal finish have a problem.. scratch. ceramic coating has excellent abrasion and scratch resistance but it appears as orange skin
Great video, thanks a lot! Quick question... You said to put the tabletop coat in a dust/lint free environment. What if i dont have such a place for it? What is the best top finish other then epoxy? Just a note - i am trying to make a table for myself, not for sale :)
Great question! If you aren’t able to work in a “dust-free” environment I’d recommend a matte finish with walrus oil if possible! Sand it down to 220 grit or higher and make sure you have a dust collector attached to your sander or you’ll get nasty sand marks! Hope this helps :)
What do you think of the finished product?! Let us know! Thanks for watching.

Great project. Looks stunning..
Did you use same epoxy for the top final coat as well.? Thanks
I used deep pour from Upstart for the color and clear and then table top from Upstart for the final coat!
Cheers thanks.
