Hey Derek, any chance you can talk about morning access in an upcoming video? I've heard some people say that deer dont mind headlamps, and others say that they get spook from headlamps. Thanks!
My son is 11 and he wanted to hunt last season, I only hunted private as a kid myself. After numerous hunts for different game last seasons and no luck. We have been scouting alot and I can you anything legal will be harvested.
@Richard-ff3zy I didn't mention it in the video but alot of WMA's have a small game season after general gun ends where hogs are legal as well as squirrels and rabbits. My boys really like doing that plus it's usually nice weather.
@@Dereknorwoodoutdoors Yeah, it's been an adventure and we enjoy it. We learned public land is not just showing up during a season. Got to scout, put in the time and enjoy the rewards. Hopefully we get that reward these upcoming seasons. Tring to learn with him. However, I feel like if we do not get a harvest in these upcoming seasons he may no be interested any more
