cool recap, but there is a spoiler at 4:03-4:10 :( this information about who/what it actually is is shared at the beginning of words of radiance it looks like. i was watching this video as a review before i dived into the 2nd book as it's been quite a while since i finished the 1st.
regardless, i've subscribed as i can tell you're passionate about these books and i'm impressed at your production value! love the addition of the fan art over what happens.
Remind me. I was under the impression that we knew she had a friend at the end of WoK but just didn't find out the name until WoR. Am I wrong?

This was awesome! I’ve been so intimidated by this book and this definitely helped me get a grasp on what I’m getting myself into haha. Is it ok to start with this book? I’ve heard so many different things and I don’t know what to start with 😂
Stormlight is my first epic fantasy series and it is definitely intimidating but so worth it. I think you can start with The Way of Kings. Many would say to read Warbreaker first, but it's not mandatory.

I started with "way of kings" and it is good place to start So long as you are use to long epic fantasy books A wheel of time veterin for example should have no problem with this book.
