I absolutely love that all those rookie assassins trying to act tough and fight Altair, but as soon as he disarms them they all just bow down and pays respect like nothing happened 😂
it's called true respect of living beings. Even Batman does this too; he spares the lives of the dishonored criminals, people, and killers; even those would harm and/or kill him or he loves and cares. That's one of the main key elements of being an honorable warrior, a true one, and a real hero.
They probably didn't know or even believe that it was Altaïr until he disarmed them.
At 3:47 and 5:15 (look to the left) if you turn the eagle vision on, you'll see Maria and Altair when they were young.

I love how the Assassins that are loyal to Altaïr have their hoods up while the ones that are loyal to Abbas have them down.

I still get chills to from this. 9 years later. Amazing Masterpiece! Sad for the Ezio and Altair story to have ended.

Beautiful and poignant meaningful story interwoven with beautiful score...truly original trilogy had no equal after that it just became franchise exploitation smh. The moment they axed Desmond's arc is the moment this game has ended. I pity those that had no opportunity to play this in the heyday, the immersion the thrill of wanting to see this epic unfold, such nostalgia.

I think it's meant to be intentional.
@Aerry Suri: I am not sure as to why they would do that, since they are not related well not by blood anyway. Altair comes from Desmond's mothers side of the family and Ezio comes from Desmond's fathers side of the family. The Kenway's were also from the paternal side of the family. Clay is related to Desmond too on his father's side of the family, hence Ezio being Clay's ancestor also.
So they are related by marriage and not by blood.

Abbas after ruling the assassins for a very long period at his death time complains about the humiliation he suffered ! I mean seriously ? Altair suffered during the whole time abbas was head of the assassins and at the twilight of his life Altair becomes the mentor which was his righr since he lefr assassins mysaf !

Voices don't change that much after you've grown up. I'd say around 30 or slightly up.
