I want nothing more in this world than to see Choir Boy get the recognition they deserve. I am going to say something that might shock some people but it is the truth and must be said. Gathering Swans is literally on the same level as The Queen is Dead. It really is.
Fully agreed - with the added bonus that Adam Klopp, at least thus far, hasn't begun to hate immigrants. It's a win-win!

They are a fantastic band and they did some of the best songs in modern music for sure - I have often thought of the Smiths, the comparison is not risky -
what about the first album ? That's terrific as well - such a great band
The fact he died and got a severe eye infection for this video really shows how dedicated he is to his art.
As a metal guy who likes 80’s background music like this I’m glad I stumbled upon this. Great stuff for a dad who doesn’t acknowledge to much new stuff after 2009. 👍🏻

This song is great. Love the way you use chords so they make that feeling of misunderstanding if that song feels happy or sad. I love how it's happily sad. I love your sound and the lead singer's got one of the most interesting strange colour of voice.
This song will always have a special place in my life. I randomly had this suggested by yt algorithm, prob after checking Genesis P. Orridge out. Anyway i was waiting for the hospital to call as my partner was awaiting to give birth an i wasnt allowed there until the birth was underway due to covid 19 limited access etc. I played this song on repeat to get me through longest night of my life an it will always remind of the time my beautiful daughter was born. So thank you to choir boy an dais recs for bringing light to me an permanently capturing the most emotional/intense time ive known x

This song is perfection. The dance of the melodies across this ballroom floor of my dreams has both chilled and warmed me every one of my 15 listens so far. If there was ever a song that would be playing as I awoke from a coma at the funeral of my past misery Toxic Eye would be that song.
