Even easier way to make money is buy a few houses (and renting them out) and shops save then exit your game, set the clock forward a year and when you re-enter the game you'll have a years worth of profit. Then you can simply repeat it as many times as you want buying more houses and increasing your income even more.

That's the glitch right there, all I did was move the date to one year forward and my sum of rent multiplied by 100, each time doing this I got half a million (I brought all I could with adding any % and raising my corruption and that was 5000 gold) :D

thanks to this but try this with the stone of myr'bregothil and the diamond of sorrow u get it by doing the grightwood tower quest and the stone of myr'bregothil by doing the love hurts and the cemetary mansion quest
listen just have alot of money then go into co-op offline put the money to the max in ur co-op partner bye and sell everything then quit ur co-op partner then quit and dont save the game under ur origenal character . keep doing this back and fourth over and over and in no time all money ok?
just get 1000000 at the end buy evry hose an shop and inn there is rent them and jack up the price to plus 100% an every five minutes you get 23000 then change the date of your xbox while offline an then take the cable out and cabooom you got urself over 50 mill.

do "the arceologist" (or however its spelt) and KILL the woman at the end so you can keep the jewel that has a base value of 100k go to the jewel stall and sell the gem now but the stall and but the gem back sell the stall sell gem and do that over and over for roughly 20k at a time profit
you can get more by buying all shops and putting prices to 100% a day of just waiting there and got 500000, i get 500000 a day :P even more, i just sit around xD

this can sometimes happen if your character is too liked by the shop owner and if the general store has alot in stock it wont buy things for alot

theres always just buying that house behind the potions store in bowerstone and getting that extra physic star.
