I would buy as many acres possibly needed to construct enough earth ship homes to house all those with limited income that had their homes destroyed by flood, hurricane or bad weather. Give them a better life in a community that cares about you as a person. I would have earth ship stores with much lower prices for those of the community. There would be a large factory for residents to work and earn a living. There would be many activities to share and have fun -- I would perish without a dream.
