  • I was draining a battery on my drone and I never noticed anything until I was watching later on my PC. Whatever it is, it is very fast. At first, I thought it was a bird, but it is just to fast. I was about 300 feet up and traveling about 10/15 mph. The drone is a DJI Inspire 1 v2, it was filmed at 1080p @ 30fps (I think) on a Zenmuse X3 camera.

That was a ufo, that one was a tic-tac. These are very interesting because they can actually disconnect themselves midair then can reconnect at an insane speed.

I know exactly what it is: a moderately fast small bird, close to the camera. Maybe a swallow. The drone is moving 10-15 MPH towards it. It's moving 30-40 MPH towards the drone. The combined speed is 40-65 MPH. With how close it got to the drone, the speed on camera is consistent with this 50 mph +/- 10 mph estimate.

It well could be, but swallows and swifts are black. I thought pigeon but it’s to fast. I can not think of any other white bird though that can fly that fast.

It's more simple thinking it's an ufo, a tic tac ufo, an identified ufo!! Ahahahah

Idk I’ve seen alot of birds in my drone videos and that thing is either a artifact of light or something covering 200 meters in less than a second

I’m staying on the fence guys. As I said. I never saw it while I was flying, however I could only see what the drones camera saw through the screen of my iPhone 10 plus. The first time I saw it, was when I was watching it back on my PC. I wish I could of got on my new drone that films in 4k lol

If you slow down to 0.25 Speed, you can see it Flap wings

Whatever it was it was fast. Like you my first thought was a bird, but at that speed I'm not sure. Did you mean 300 feet up or 98.4 meters lol.

    hello,
what was the altitude of your drone at that moment, image resolution, image speed, all the numbers marked on the camera lens, I want to try to calculate object size and speed.
I want to try to calculate speed and size
thanks in advance for all the data
I'm annoying but I want to help you understand

Hi Josh. Sorry buddy this was well over a year ago. I was flying around 15/20 f/ps. At around 400/450 ft. I think filming at 30 Fps in 1080p. That’s about all I can remember pal.

This looks nearly identical to the video footage that was captured on 6/29/20 in Csobanka, Hungary...was drone footage as well.

  • @8thsinner

no way it's that slow, you can almost see it floating head on to the camera at the 14 second mark, it looks like a grey black orb, it looks like it sees the drone then bobs and weaves to avoid you.. Beyond and above the crest of the tree line. Thats more like a mile a second if not faster.
And before that at the end of the 13 second mark, its zig zagging across the sky as it comes into frame a few miles away, then it turns to face you, the observer then it darts at an angle to you.

@@markthedrone If that was your first one I am sure it was more than just a little freaked out. It's a paradigm shifting event...
Drones are actually the most common capture of drones and ships these days though, and you probably have loads more you never even noticed before. They are so common you will even ocassionally see them in music videos, and films which were missed by the editting crew.
Theres a report of a ufo approximately every ten seconds world wide, usually be people that don't even know they exist, others like myself realize theres no point in reporting them.
Sometimes its military craft, sometimes et. But you will learn to feel the difference between them the more you come across them.

A grey black orb!? Are you high, it's clearly a bird, it's bright, it's coming in probably curious about the drone, could have been a sparrowhawk or any fast bird. It turns belly side to the camera and pushes away, you can see the two frames where it's wings were out, watch in .25

I can’t say it’s not a ufo but it definitely is not the tictac, slow the video down to .25 playback speed and go to 14 seconds and you can catch a glimpse of it rotating its axis showing what appears to be a wing like structure

This video has exploded, thanks guys.
As I have stated, I think it’s a bird. However in the UK I can’t think of any of our birds that fly that fast apart from birds of prey. No birds of prey in the uk are white. I can only think of seagulls and doves maybe some pigeons. I am no bird expert. But this things is shifting.
