Magnesium actually helps you sleep, a lot of people take it at night because it helps relax your muscles. Collagen also helps your joints! So don't be surprised if that helps too. I also bet if you need those electrolytes, BCAAs would help a lot too! Also, not sure if you've ever tried Ghost's products, but they have the best tasting protein and supplements in the game. (Sonic cherry limeade hydration is amazing!) They do have gluten free stuff too. No chalky taste whatsoever! Its a huge treat at the end of the week that I actually can't wait to take my protein post workout lol. If you do try it let me know what you think! :)

Maybe it is a southern thing. I grew up in the west Houston/Katy area. We usually had sliced tomatoes and/or cucumber on the dinner table. When we visited my family in Louisiana, there was always homemade biscuits and mayhaw jelly on the side for every meal.
I get all caught up in the pre Cruise preparations. My sister and I have less than a week to go before our Carnival Venezia Cruise. Your videos helped a lot.

Natural "upset" tummy things are ginger, apple cider vinegar (they do have pills) and papaya or papaya enzymes. They are all natural, obviously except for the pill capsule if you go that route.

We have the same problem with LEGO in our house. All the shelves are filled with LEGO and we don’t plan on adding any more to it. It’s complete, but it’s also a little sad.

We ate tomato slices and sliced onions. However during the summer we added cucumber. I loved when we had the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions pickled. Especially when we had fresh summer peas. My parents were raised in east Texas. To this day I have to have them.
