Calling a timeout to let Ware rest. Brilliant strategy.
+Philp Yung cant tell if you're being sarcastic or not.
Why would he being sarcastic?
idk, ask him
danny gallegos I don't need to. I already know he isn't being sarcastic.
No I was serious.
Instead of rotating personnel, you call a time out to let them rest?
Not conventional, but as we see here, turned to be brilliant strategy because the defense tightened up and prevailed.
Say what you want about the NFL but they make some really cool films like these and all of there sound fx videos. They know how to make production
they need to make more
Yes. Production is super good. Great stuff.
+Ryan Blazer Unfortunately for you the Raiders don't give them much to work with.
+Corwin Janes what dose that mean
+Ryan Balzer what's your favorite team anyways
"Riding off to the sunset takes a special kind of horse. A Bronco."
Jack Stack
OJ Simpson agrees
@@Bageeta20x20 underrated comment. That was a good one
thats a unique broncos feat
only winning rings with qbs on their last legs
elway retired after winning b2b
peyton retired after winning
Ware got his Ring finally! He had to go to a Real Team to Win the Big One
+R AR Not even with mentioning the nothing but consistently declining team! LOL . Ware is a BRONCO baby!!!
Rich Moore He signed a one day contract to retire a Cowboy though...
Rocky1964Racoon we gave Ware what Dallas could never give him that a Ring
Wouldn't say real 😂😂 in the end signed a 1 day contract with Dallas ☕
R AR not really manning was playing duh
"they got my back".....awesome! GO BRONCOS! Welcome Ware to the Denver Broncos!
Brady spent a LOT of time on the ground. I really expected someone to bring out a headstone. I have watched him for years and I've never seen him under so much duress. An exhausting game to watch - great effort on both sides and it is amazing that it came down to the last minute. Hoping Peyton gets ring #2 but that outstanding D is going to have to shut Cam and Co. down.
This is how the 2015 Broncos playoffs happened:
Divisional Round vs Steelers= Difficult
Conference Championship vs Patriots= VERY DIFFICULT
Super Bowl 50 vs Panthers= Very Easy.
S Choudhry super bow 50 was their gift for a great season
It wasn't easy at all, but OK.
@@alexkrstulovic6054 really? Cam basically gifted us that victory. He played so cowardly that it was a cakewalk!
Alex Krstulovic name one thing newton did right?
@@Dutchovenderlinde I mean, there's not much diving for that ball would of done other than create a 3rd and 18 that probably would have resulted in a stop. \
Goosebumps from Roby's INT to Elway holding up that trophy Plus the emotionally incredible music. Man what a great day that was.
This may sound strange to say, but I thought this was a bigger game than the Super Bowl. They beat the (former) champions. When N.E. completed the 4th and 10, I thought: Oh No! But Phillips calling time out to give Ware a breather, that was a stroke of genius. This was the game with all the drama you could ever want. Later, Cam Newton folded like a napkin.
It happens. You don't always get to see the best teams play each other in the SB because the second best in one conference may still be better than the best in the other conference. Colts Pat's 2006 was the real SB to a lot of people. Bears were best in NFC but if they were an afc team they'd have lost before the SB.
That’s what good coaching staff do as a patriots fan I bet you if they didn’t call a time out we would’ve tied up the game and who knows how the coin flip would’ve went in overtime if it went the Patriots way Who says they don’t get a lucky drive
@@scj1668 Remember though, on the 2 point conversion attempt, Gronk was open, but Brady didn't throw it to him, for whatever reason. Maybe he thought it would be too obvious. When that failed, the fans were delirious with joy. All the way down in Colorado Springs, you could here: In-com-plete. They say to be the best, you've got to beat the best. And in 2015, we did just that. What a game!! ☺
@@mtntime1 Yeah even though it’s been damn near seven years it still haunts me to be honest I think we should’ve just ran the ball but many factors let up to the loss the fact that we couldn’t beat the Jets or the dolphins to get home field advantage the fact that Gostkowski missed the field goal the fact that we went for it on fourth down when we didn’t need to instead of Kicking a field goal considering the Broncos office was it very productive in the second half
@@mtntime1 And now Belichick seems to be 100% invested in his offensive line every year But at least we won the Super Bowl the next year in pretty easy fashion besides the Super Bowl
If Denver was playing any other team they would have won 28-0... Gronk kept the pats in this game
Soundness Of Mind lies. If the Chiefs beat New England, they would of beat Denver
@@CalobAdamsInfamous913 no they wouldn't they didn't have Patrick mahomes
AND YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED IN THE AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME LAST YEAR AGAINST NEW ENGLAND THEY DESTROYED YOU
@@CalobAdamsInfamous913 that's not how it works. And pats beat chiefs that year
Gronk is the Push-off Champion of the world.
That 2015 Denver D was insane
I love the Pats for only one reason, they are the best villains in the NFL. So satisfying whenever we beat'em. Go Broncos!!!
Very clever writing, saying the Broncos have done this before and having a shot of Elway, Shannon Sharpe and Terrell David with Kubiak, all guys who were essential to our b2b titles in the 90’s.
now that is a true leader calling a timeout even though ware said he'd go knowing it would give the pats extra time for strategy but realizing he was a crucial piece of the puzzle....amazing I love it
Toughest defense Brady has ever faced!!! Way tougher than the Legion of Boom!!!
Most underrated defense I ever saw. They were no joke that season. 15-1 panthers and mvp cam Newton wouldn’t disagree
Yup as a patriots fan man they gave Tom Brady a lot of problems now if it’s offensive line or just blocking scheme was better or even just is Stephen Gostkowski made The extra point early in the game we could potentially won
As a Bronco fan its the second best defense Ive ever seen right behind 2013 seahawks
The 2015 Broncos defense was fun to watch I miss that team
Brady really got pulverized in this game... Even as a Broncos fan, Have to respect his grit.
No he didn't. As a Dolphins fan, I can tell you that kind of a beating was routine for Tannehill.
Brady has a major weakness, and that is getting hit. It frazzles him. In both games against the Pats that season, that dude's jersey was covered in grass stains. And as he took hits, his vision got worse. Gronk was wide open on that 2 pt conversion. But he was so scared of DWare that he completely missed it.
8 time Afc Champion.3 time world Champion Denver Broncos 👍❤👍
Broncos are WORLD CHAMPS!!! That's what a championship defense looks like..
For the td gronk pushed Chris Harris away and should have been called for pass interference
LOL. That's not OPI. Just because he touches him doesn't mean it's OPI. If NFL went by your logic.... Every WR/TE/RB would get at least 5 OPI's per game.
+Andi Pee Lol. "touch" = pushing Harris' head down and away. That's OPI.
exactly!!!
He barely touched him like wtf. This is fucking professional football not the peewee league stop being a pus
that's was a push off!
Chris Harris Jr. Is hilarious
Gives me goosebumps every time I watch
dgfiedler watching Brady get his fifth ring gives me goosebumps. Lmao!!!!!!
Let's do it again!! GO BRONCOS!!!
Seeing him lose to a backup in SB 52 gave me even bigger goosebumps! LMFAOOOO! Hey Brady! Nice catch! HAHAHAHA
@@Mr.77776 he at 7 now
Peyton telling Belichick this might be his last season and that it's been a pleasure playing against him just goes to show how great of a QB he always was and the person he is.
That defense was so stacked. War miller and talib should all end up in the hall of fame plus Harris, Ward, Wolfe, Jackson, Marshall, Trevathon. It’s crazy that the pats still came that close
This is game is why Brady - even in defeat - is inspiring. That awesome 2015 Bronco's defense hurled all its talent, power and skill against a veteran, but wounded, Patriot's team. It seems only fitting that the contest came down to the final play. The Football gods gave us an Iliad -type atmosphere in this AFC Championship title match. Honor to the Bronco's 2015 squad for this triumphantly brilliant victory; but honor too, for the relentless perseverance the Patriots and Brady displayed in such a valiant defeat.
my god i love my broncos
This is one of Bradys best games. I can't remember ever seeing a QB get beat up so badly for an entire game and still hang in there until the very end. Against the #1 defense too.
It amazes me how Brady fans can call Brady’s worst statistical game of his playoff career one of “his best games”; when if literally ANY OTHER QB has the same exact game & stats, Brady’s fans would be citing it as an example of how that QB choked.
#WhereIsTheLie
Patsies had a lot of luck with the calls. Brady should've been called for intentional grounding at least 4 times!
+INFOCOOL
very classy
Namaste
+INFOCOOL Did it matter?
+INFOCOOL Did you watch the game? The refs were on the Broncos side. At least two clear pass interference calls against Gronkowski were missed, including one in the endzone. And you can't be called for intentional grounding if there is a receiver near the ball.
+G Sici Receivers weren't near the ball!
Yes they were. Watch the plays again.
Seriously? Does no one see the OPI when shrink scores the last touchdown. Should've been called back.
ikr he pushes chris harris's back down it wan obviously opi
I saw it too...was just talking about it with the dude in the comment above
U won stop been salty
+Will Townley im not bieng salty but all the pats fans are complaining that there was a penalty on the 2 point conversion but if they would of called the opi on the touchdown they would not have even been able to do a 2 pt try
+thebigj1130 ik ik im a pats fan but i dont think there was pi on 2 pt conversion
"Tommy's a tough S.O.B" 😂
This game was a pure classic, and this film did a fantastic job of demonstrating the unreal tension and drama that unfolded. The Patriots never gave up and left it all on the field, but the Broncos were just that much better. Even through the lens of television, that stadium got LOUD when Bradley Roby iced the game with his pick in the endzone. You have to go back to the Bronco Mania season of 1977 to hear the home crowd get that loud. Well done, guys, well done!!
The only good memory I have of my dad is me and him celebrating this win*
Kaleb Bolejack same here with my son and daughter.... and my wife got it alllll on video
that gives me chills
3:25 Sports are amazing because the video is literally shaking due to the crowd. One team trying to overcome another + fans. Awesome!
That defense feasted on this day.
Looking back on this in 2021, its crazy to see the absolute abuse this D put on Quarterbacks all year but it still took them the entire game to beat Brady. Mad respect. Thats why he has 6
Broncos defense made tom their step son who gets no attention
They were a two pt conversion away from tying it... It wasn't like the Broncos shut them out... They almost screwed up allowing gronk to run up the seam past Chris Harris
@@clintfowler1526 the game wasn't as close as the score says it was if we didn't throw that back words pass and got touchdowns off each Brady interception who knows how it would of played out. The Broncos were very dominant over the Pats this game.
Aaron Vargas if Brady doesn’t throw a pick to set up your second TD the game’s closer.... If the patriots kicked FGs instead of going for it on 4th down twice, the patriots are attempting a game winning FG in the final seconds..... the game was really close bc Denver’s offense was stuck after the first half and new England’s stalled in the red zone all game....
Old chunk of coal. The sacks and hits have more to do with the offensive line being a revolving door all game..... and Brady’s stats weren’t great..... but he did throw for 300+ yds and was a 2 pt play away from overtime.....
@@clintfowler1526 as big as a Denver fan I am that game was really close. Manning made enough plays in the first half but his body was done. His throws become floaters. If it weren't for that defense New England would have ran away with that game.
This is so well done by NFL Films. Amazing quality! Kudos!
still gives me goosebumps
I love our Broncos. ❤
Favorite d ware game. Today you announced your retirement and all I gotta say is thank you !
Brady to Gronk. Best QB/Tight End combo since Elway to Sharpe. May be the best ever. On 4th and 10, you know it's going to Gronk. This was the defending SB champs. And yet, the Broncos sent them home. How sweet was this? (BTW, Gronk was open on the 2 point attempt). Beating Scam Newton was nothing, compared to this.
This was Super Bowl 50 - A Pats fan from Charlotte... I was in Charlotte the week before and every panthers fan was talking about going to the parade... I told them that if Tom Brady barely loss to the Broncos, Cam is going to get his bell rung... They didn't believe me... I was laughing all during the Super Bowl bc no one could understand how the Panthers could lose to the Broncos
@@clintfowler1526 I had to go to Charlotte on business before Super Bowl XXXVIII, and the atmosphere there was incredible. Every business was promoting the Panthers, and even little old ladies had knitted Panthers sweaters for their lap dogs. Charlotte fans are very spirited when their teams do well. When they're not, well...
That's right, Gronk was open on the 2 point conversion attempt, But Brady didn't throw it to him. Maybe because of the pass rush. I agree, Cam Newton was a total joke. They stripped the ball from him, and he backed away from it! After the game, he sulked like the baby that he is.
@@clintfowler1526 I like when the Broncos D stripped the ball from Newton. He backed away from it!! Broncos recovered, and that was that! Newton sulked like a crybaby afterwards. Mr. MVP.
What a joke.
I fucking love it when Brady gets hit
Then you loved this game. Brady was knocked down 23 times. Twenty three times baby! This was a game for the ages!
That game hurt my heart so bad but I’m happy the Broncos won it all in the end
What a defense. They made so many late game turning plays that season .............. sort of like the Tebow season, except this defense was ALWAYS elite.
If Tebow had been willing to sit behind Peyton, he might have gotten some snaps that season instead of Brock.
Cannot believe I was there for this. Amazing
“This may be my last rodeo.”
Lol refs tried helping the Pats and they still lost
Lmao and the Broncos played dirty
@@Acepilot12345 3 years later and you still have the audacity to make a stupid claim like this lol. Doesn't matter anyway, we won SB 50
Don't get salty dude
@@brianbadonde9251 yea and we won SB 53 and 5 others
Lol Pat's are just better u salty Broncos fan
Such an amazing tandem to watch (and also props to Shane Ray).
The REAL SB 50
I can feel thy intensity!!!
I loved it, 4:11 all the way to 6:44, GO DEMARCUS WARE GO!
GO BRONCOS
I thought I saw Brady cry when he threw that last interception lol
When your team sucks I guess that's all you have.
Michael Murphy you're right, the Patriots sucks. Keep crying LMAO
That defense was such a legendary bunch.
It’s SO weird hearing “Tom Brady’s played in 6 Super Bowls “ wjisy on
Push off by Gronk
Just before Gronk caught that TD he shoved Harris (I think it was harris) downward...happened so fast it was not caught. Was that what you are tallking about?
Was also holding by Vollmer on Ware as Brady threw that TD...you can see him pulling Ware to the turf by his arm as Ware is diving for Brady. Sheesh during the super bowl the Panthers ended up holding Miller on almost every play...
He doesn't extend his arm, that's why that was not called. I do see the hold you are talking about though. Vollmer is clearly pulling on the arm of Ware.
+G Sici His arm doesn't need to be fully extended, it was still a push off
***** To push, you have to extend your arm. He put his arm on the defender's back. That is legal.
After watching Denver win Super Bowl 50 with all my family I didn't cry. I just finished watching this video and it finally hit me. Oh the tears of joy.
Who’s still watching 2019?
5:40 Those cheerleaders were beautiful celebrating. Haha. Broncos 4life
Dang if only Peyton was still in the Broncos
R.I.P. Patriots GO BRONCOS
Ahhh good ole days 😌
Pats really could have been in 5 straight SBs if not for the missed extra point that forced them to go for 2 at the end.
What’s the sound track for this? because the music really makes it!
What's the name of the ceremonial song at the end
Go broncos
Watching this before the Bucs vs Rams game next Sunday.
You heard that we beat the champs twice not once but twice. We need to do something next year
i can't find a nfl films highlight of this game that was different than this. it had different angles, really creative ones like field level and was awesome. i think it came out at the same time, anyone know where i can find it?

Patriots vs. Broncos Mic'd Up Part 1 (AFC Championship)
Let's go Demarcus Ware!!!! Once a Cowboy always a Cowboy!!!
Tom is the G.O.A.T
@Old chunk of coal. not really especially after what he did to the Falcons in the Super Bowl 3 years ago Peyton would have just folded like he did against the Seahawks
The footage at 2:40 is maybe the best NFL video recording
It had to be the Patriots, and it had be a battle to the bitter end.
Yeah I think these were the two best teams on football that year Carolina was good but the Super Bowl really should’ve been between the patriots and Broncos that would’ve been way more entertaining than cam newtons lackluster performance along with the coaching staff not knowing what the hell they were doing or really what to do
What is this incredible song called? It's so triumphant
Where's the Ware jokes??? Okay, fine I'll let some out..
- Brady was "worse for ware" because that Patriot O-line doesn't have insurance for "Ware and tear".
- What wear does Ware wear while wearing Ware's wear? Whether Ware wears what Ware wears, Ware wears out the Patriots.
- Brady: "Where's Ware?" ... *Bam!*
OW-OOO Warewolf of Denver. Glad they had the Warewithall to pick him up.
He has great a"ware"ness!
Im a pats fan but this was a great game
Tom Brady hates playing the Broncos. Especially in the playoffs.
It was the last time we saw Brady vs. Manning and we didn’t even know.
2020?
Commentators
Broncos: touchdown, broncos
Patriots: TOUCCHHHDOWWNN!!! PATRIOTSS!!!! OH MAH GAWDD!!!!!!
Patriots should have never had that touchdown anyways. Bin Miller got held more than a phone.
I'm still pissed off that Elway got rid of all our good players smh
Tell Von Miller I said I love him
😭 i love them whoooo super bowl 50
one of the greatest defenses ever and still almost lost to Brady who A. missed a wide open gronk on 2pt conversion and B. Was tied for bal with most players on ir. don't matter though cause before that year and after the real goat won the SB
J D yeah and I love the fact the broncos won it with no offense that year and Manning’s worst season of he’s whole career 😂😂
Brady is not the goat if he cant beat the best hes not the best
Von Miller is the Goat.... Ur right about that... Cause u can't be talking about the worst QB performance in Super Bowl history by Mr. 9 Td's and 17 Int himself, Peyton Manning (the worst statistical season to end a career ever) He got his Super Bowl... But my god it was ugly... Von Miller was the MVP for a reason
This was the best defense I have ever seen the y beat the Patriots twice Steelers Panthers Packers chiefs all top 5 offense that year
Ware played out of his mind
there is no way von could have thought and acted so 1uickly to throw the ball backwards like that, it was just the motion of his arm
usually,1 mistake on a production as good as this wouldn't be a big deal, but on that 2 point conversion, the ''turning point'' of the game, they didn't show that on THIS play, gronkowski was inexplicably NOT double teamed, does an out pattern in the back of the endzone, and is open enough for what shoulda been the tieing 2 point conversion--except that just as inexplicably, brady doesn't look for him(or didn't see him)--and when he rolled away from ware,it was TOWARDS WHERE GRONK is in front of him,yet brady is looking back into the middle of the field!....Missing showing that ruins that whole ''turning point''
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
What this defense did... against the offenses of 2015 - Ill never see a defense like this again
Music?
As a pats fan, I say good for them. We don’t need 5 Super Bowls in a row
Not the best defense of all time, but I'd say it's hands down the most clutch defense of all time.
Whats the issue with games played in Denver?
Grandpa Wade forever! This game WAS the Super Bowl as other comments have said. Sacking Brady that much I knew we had a chance. It was the only way you could beat the Pats back then.
We alone guard the gates of Hell
I am the worst when it comes to these kinds of games, I watch them through my fingers and change the channel lmao I am a terrible sport and I want the Broncos to win so badly
0:49 defense 😂😂😂
