    Could you do this for different muscle groups. (Ex chest for arm wrestling)

    Definitely stay heavyweight instead of the supers!! There's plenty of monsters in that division and it's perfect for the process of climbing the ladder in my opinion

      I agree 100%. There is so much more opportunity in Heavies at the moment. Supers can come a little later if he's dead set on that pathway.

    Should try some single arm rows and whatnot. can achieve better activation and more stability in relation to armwrestling. whereas with 2hand motions, it removes most of the stability required
    Edit: 4 minutes in and your doing it haha. good. Look at the massive difference too when you use the handle. weight isn't everything
    Corey -- when your armwrestling MMT right handed, you get separated way too much. need to pull him to your side of the table instead of trying to pin him on his side.

    Is there a reason you start with pump then go full range? Why not the other way around
