One downside is the lack of efficient public transportation. And let's not forget about the weather-it’s very hot and humid. Thankfully, most buildings are air-conditioned. The cost of living here is relatively high due to property taxes, but daily expenses like gas are affordable compared to other states.
Katy Texas is very family-oriented with fantastic schools and community amenities. However, if you’re single or retired, you might find it a bit harder to connect. Overall, though, the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
