That was a pretty seamless cut shot at the beginning. How many cameras do you have going?

Thanks, Stu. There are only 2 cameras running (one behind drums, and one in the crowd). The shots at the beginning are just zoomed in with editing software.

Is that guy on the right a giant or are the other guys just short?

Yes, he is a giant. That's why you only see that camera angle once at the beginning. He's too tall to keep in that frame.
