- Two Trinitarios gang leaders are set to be sentenced today in the 2018 stabbing death of 15-year-old Lesandro "Junior" Guzman-Feliz. CBS2's Elijah Westbrook hears from his mother.
When someone is mistakenly murdered especially so young and in such a brutal way, there simply is NO justice.
Get the store owners as well and set a precedent. Give the store owners life and prison and this remorseful guys who accidentally took the life of Junior 5 years. Its clear the real killers that day were the store owners. The brave and beautiful protestors who were brave and courageous to protest them told me so. God bless that huge mob of brave and fearless protesting knowing that it was really the store owners fault and not the gang members.

@@reva886 It's sarcasm buddy. I dont believe the store owner should have been protested by cowardly protestors who were too chicken shit to protest the gang who did this to Junior. The store owner had nothing to do with this kid' murder and was afraid that if he got involved after seeing the guys with machetes and guns that he would be next. Now think about it, a lot people say they would have helped some way but why is that I saw no protests against the gang by these brave people who claim they would have done something? They were brave enough to protest a working man who had nothing to do with it though, the big brave, courageous mob that they are, but not a peep when it came to the gang.

They should be sentenced two consecutive life terms back to back in a gulag type prison hard labor working in the salt mines 23 hrs a day and make sure they never ever see the sun rise again. And send a message to the gang and other gangs you kill this is what happens when you do. Enough is enough.
Unfortunately NYC is compromised and no real justice will be served. These guys will be out to attack more victims because of our weak laws. My heart goes out to Junior. I was just thinking about this case last night. I figured it was in 2019, hearing now that it was 2018 is even crazier. They should have been sentenced in 2018. What took 4 years?
