Anyone know how tas is able to do those glitchy wall kicks? It seems weird. I haven’t been able to pull one off so maybe their frame perfect? I’m not really sure. If anyone can, would you be able to explain this to me?
Taking a shot in the dark here but my theory is that by playing the game frame by frame there is enough time to turn around between jumping and hitting the wall again. The better question is why he is using acid bubble on some of the walls.
The only reason I could see to do it would possibly be lag reduction from the removal of the dust sprites from the dash. That is just a guess though. I noticed it when he played the sigma stages before the boss fight. Shot an acid bubble at the ground and they didnt appear.
I can help it's typically called a turnaround kick when you kick at the wall a turnaround kick does the complete opposite it's typically used for precise platforming and manipulating positioning you have to approach a wall then you have to hit the input that you normally would when hitting a wall right before hitting the wall to confuse the game and hit the opposite direction of the wall and as a result you face the other way mid-air and the the animation plays this trick is advanced and is frame-perfect for each and every one you execute
@@devonteread329 Thanks for explaining it! I think I got it once on accident, but I’m not 100% sure lol. I’ll try & practice them & I’ll see if I can get it 👍
