Thanks for posting! My advice would be to remove the speaker early, it allows easy reach behind the door panel. Also the wire harness clips can be undone using a pointed knife on the inside which releases a clip (like a zip tie) then use flat head screw drive to push the tongue of clip backward to release. Finally the red locking clip on the wire harness in the door frame just needed a bit more of a tug, needle nose pliers will do it, then the wires come out pretty easily. Again, thx for posting.
Thank you for letting me know about the red clip. I was just extremely nervous to break it and being able to fix it or find a replacement for it. I’m a very meticulous person and don’t like these types of fragile things to be broken to be honest with you. But I appreciate the advice and kind words.
I got that harness off. Make sure the red tab is pulled out. Then used expandable pliers to grip the bottom and top side of the harness to pull it off. 10:45

Try to just buy the window motor only. And see if that fixes the problem, if not, then you’ll need to buy the window regulator and hopefully it solves your problem fixing the window.
Was this your first time ever doing this? You seem so unconfident the whole time. So much "uhhhh" and "ummm" and unsure statements that you went back on and changed. If you're still making car videos, I highly recommend you record your video and narration separately. It will help the quality of your videos IMMENSELY.

I pryed that wiring harness out with a flat head screwdriver.
how did you keep the window up before securing it? tape?
Yes , I kept the window up secured with tape
My ‘08 speed3 has the exact same problem. Sound and all
