An easier solution, place a 4x4 on the opposite end, with that end under the opposit lip, bend the board down under the lip on the other end and tap the 4x4 out, it will snap in place, don't cut the frame.
Just did mine yesterday. Clamp a piece of 3” angle iron to the top rail at one end, put a bottle jack between that and the board, jack the center of the board up with a floor jack from underneath then use the bottle jack to push the loose end of the board down into place

It’s only a 10’ trailer. We could bend it far enough to get it in.

Sounds like you should make a video...@@bc5822
I use to build trailes and the strip of metal at the front of the floor was just tacked in. Only needed to cut the tack welds to replace the floor.
It was but it was tacked in a place we could not get to with the grinder to cut it.
Yes. It was no trouble.
You should really wear ear protection when you're cutting and grinding like that
Pretty decent resto!👍🏼
Thank you.
Now thats entertainment!
Yeap that's how it's done ! 👍🙏🏆
Well, done
@@charleswarner6680 thank you.
Good deal
Did you paint the metal under the boards before installing the boards?
Yes, I did.
I had money on the bug!
Great job !
not a good job
What type of screws you used it?
1.5 inch self tapping screws to screw into the metal supports.
Now coat the deck with used motor oil so she doesn’t rot
