hi, actually currently i am giving interviews for data engineer position i have given 2-3 interviews and got some calls but on the last stage as soon as i say that my notice period is of 90 days i dont get a call back. now recently i got a interview call this time i simply said that my notice period is of 60 days and its negotiable. after which all my rounds are cleared and they have given me a offer but now in my current company they are not giving me early release and the other company expects me to join in 60 days. so what should i do. currently i am in a lot of stress due to this.. so please give suggestions as how should i progress. thanks a lot for the content its really helpfull

      Hello,
Yes, absolutely! I suggest find a reputable professional institute and enroll in a certified course. Many institutes offer 100% placement assistance with start-ups or growing companies. This can be a great way to start your career in a new direction. Stay confident, and best of luck!

Yes, try applying within the same industry, as BPO sector has constant openings. You may need to restart with a smaller company, but taking this step can help you close the career gap.
Use your payslips, references, and bank statements to build credibility and support your application in absence of Exp. letter
