    I think this is the slowest section among all metro projects in Blr.

      Dismantled. that will be replaced by an UG cable. Tenders fro that have been floated multiple times but some delay continues.

    *Why the wotk on this stretch is slow???*
    *There is little or no work has happened in this stretch, why???*

    Why have the up and down lines been split on two sides of the road near Hebbal station

    • @SunilHP
      @SunilHP  22 дня назад

      the median is kept for future ORR West line, so that Kempapura station can accomodate both Blue and Orange line and allows for interchange too.

    The karnataka government should start metro rail project in other cities also apart from bangalore like mysore belagavi

    • @SunilHP
      @SunilHP  2 месяца назад

      Well. if you ask me capital intensive projects should be the last resort. they should first exhaust bus extensive systems. Ultimately there should be people to use too. Up north many cities are getting and there are hardly any patronage.

      There are :-) I travel daily and I can spot many of them . In fact it is complex at say Kalyan nagar , Veerannapalya where split portal piers are , since they have to cast upto mid beam, then launch beam, stitch it and hten Level 2 cast , followed by top beam .. Things are moving.

    With the current govt in Karnataka, this metro section will take 25 years to complete. Sick! For so many years it looks the same. Construction equipment just rusting and not a worker in sight. Money is going towards freebies and corruption.

    • @SunilHP
      @SunilHP  2 месяца назад +2

      You are too blinded by Politics. The delay on this stretch has nothing to do with the State or central . The delay is due to work front availability being ORR. Post the accident they are under scrutiny and hence have to go for multi stage cast for normal piers. and have at least 4 split flyover / underpass which require piling to be done extremely carefully without disturbing the structures. Anyways their progress in the last 2-3 months is as good others. The only thing they are behind on is U Girders but that is deliberate since they have to use Launching girder for these 4 Underpass and Flyovers and hence its easierfor the LG to launch this way than say to be dragged over a finished U girder.

      @@SunilHPgood info man. Thanks a lot. People of Bengaluru need to appreciate the complexity of this city too. We are living on a plateau 1km from sea level. But at the same time Namma Bengaluru people always love abusing the government. 😂 It's kind of fashion. It's just a running joke.

      @@xdfdf_ I hope you know if delaying is an art,BMRCL is the picasso of it.
      Almost every single line is in delay.
      Take,Green line extension,no need to say.
      Purple line from KR Pura to Baiyappanahalli-no need to say.
      Yellow Line train sets- no comments at all
      🤐
      Pink Line elevated section - again practically zero progress since 4 months.
      Except Blue Line Phase 2A,which is seeing some decent progress,every single line runs under massive delays.
      15 years of Metro and we have just two lines which hardly cover the important areas.💀💀💀

      Worker issue plagues every metro including other cities since mostly laborers are from up north and any important festival they are on leave for a couple of month. recently this was highlighted in a article too. But yes something needs to be done to have worker strength intact.
