I would ad the following one: Make sure you keep enjoying it. - Many make the mistake of training to the point of exhaustion, wearing their body and mind out. Allow yourselves 'easy' dives, just to feel the glide, the rhythm, the flow etc.
im doing apnea walks with passive exhale, and can do it for 1 min., also when im diving i kinda have similar feeling and i can do dive for 1 minute too (to about 25m). Is this coincidence or its really similar feeling ?
why 35? I know why - because it’s requirement for wave 3. Also, I keep working on No Fin for months - my technique has improved a lot, but it’s not improved my results AT ALL! 😅 Well, at least I look great doing it! Perfect looking 20meters … ahahaha… so stuck.
I always thought my finning was good. Until someone filmed me and i saw just HOW shit my finning is... Technique is everything. I wanted to dive deep. Now i want to dive technically clean.

Will try to check, but the footage is from our old stock and haven’t seen this robbot for a long while. Pool is cared by the dive school staff, so we don’t interfere into the cleaning process.

With a good technique and adaptation, you will go deeper for sure! Just be patient with your progression :)
