Monica Bitrick is the founder of Bitrick Consulting Group, a firm that specializes in business and management solutions.
In this presentation, Monica shows how with the advent of social media, our professional and our personal lives have merged. As a result, our personal "brand" is developed inside and outside the office.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
