Happened to me too. When questioned about it and who wrote the disciplinary letter that was complete bs, no one, and i mean no one would claim ownership of writing the letter. The person who signed it claimed they didn't sign it. All very interesting and I understand your frustration. Been there.

My attorney has no knowledge of workplace mobbing and seemed to be shocked that no one said anything good about me that's still working for the company - or that anyone could corroborate my claims. Look at the damn evidence, audio, documentation.... the level of incompetence is insane. Instead of showing me the weakness of my case and coming up with strategies he is basically siding with the company on everything they are saying to persuade me into settling instead of looking at the facts - evidence.
Get well soon! At any rate, the defendant in my case made up all sorts of things, relying on old bigoted tropes. They claimed I was an ineffective employee, despite three positive performance reviews, and no reprimands or rebukes. They even submitted pictures of a display that omitted the offensive portion, a noose that was said to have been hung up to offend me, specifically. Then they fired me three days after informing them of my starting the MA PFML application process.
My mother was fired from our counties courthouse in a similar situation. Clerk of the court... She noticed that a man with the same name as an obvious criminal ass hole, yet different social sec # was getting charged for the WRONG CRIME... Immediately blamed for something that was 5 secretaries problems, put on an "Improvement Plan" that was extended 3 months... She has all the proof. Recordings, emails m8... Hit me up... this rabbit goes DEEP! 🤬
You have to be under a protected status.....or they can target you all they like. When they do target you and you are under contract or protected status.....time to turn the tables on them.
I have a question regarding an older video of yours: ruclips.net/video/uafRCOgmsQY/видео.html about workplace surveillance. Is audio allowed? I work in the food industry, and my employer already had video surveillance cameras up facing all angles of the store, including the kitchen. He recently updated the cameras that now record audio, and I recently found out that he watches the surveillance on a TV in his HOME! I feel extremely violated; me and my team are made up of mostly women.
Oh, a major bank did that to me last year - one of the banks targeted by the Feds for numerous issues. The place with a shite show, and very unfair situation.
