When I was a kid, I didn't know Umbreon could learn Moonlight at a later level, so to compensate I used a Snatch and Synthesis combo.

If you're interested in competitive battling, but a bit intimidated by the labour of building a competitive team and online battles, then there are some Romhacks of old Pokémon games that offer this style of battling, but in a single player format. Pokémon Radical Red is something I'd recommend you check out if interested

It make a want to try it out

Nobody ever expects the DD Lapras lol I run tera ground on mine to punish electric attacks, and with water absorb it can catch people off guard trying to hit it super effectively with water type attacks
