I think for everyone first...start "actually walking backwards at first"... This can be done: walking the dog...pulling your kids in a wagon...etc. Its a "Two-Fur" when getting outside. Walking backwards...is a great vestibular pepper for everything to come when pulling sled. It's no easy task walking a mile backwards either!
Funny - 100 years back people lugged and pulled loaded carts with their bodies like this for a living and were fit and healthy. Now this has become a workout .. ironically man invented machines to do that and now pay money for a sled and do this for a workout!! Haha ….
Ive looked at this video 500x still can’t pull the trigger on this $400 sled pulling harness. Has anybody put one of these to heavy regular use? This thing is sexy, makes my spud straps look like a flip phone. Gonna put $40 a month away & get one for Christmas. I’ll check back to let you know about initial quality then a year later I’ll let you know if I killed it yet. That’s about as close to a long distance relationship as I’m comfortable w/ right now. Ok gotta go back to pulling these truck tires talk to you in December
She looks capable of handling more weight. Typical chick. They always favor lighter weights. This is more focused on toning/strength endurance instead of building true strength.
which harness is she using in this video? Do you sell different types of harnesses like this? thanks!

I'm debating whether to get a sled or not for high intervals

We tried to make life easier then figured out you need to challenge your muscles to maintain good health
Where can I purchase a good harness for my sled?
I just DIY with a tow strap and two snap carabiners

Can this be done on grass without chopping it up?
I use a plastic utility sled like ice fisherman use, I haven't noticed any damage. And my daughter can ride in it while I'm pulling!

Just became the 676 follower of purmotion on Instagram. Wonder what they’ll be in December.
Is this still the plan?
@@warrenmorgan1681 did you get one? I think I might try DIY or a beginner level on Amazon
Pulling harness looks like $269 on the website and the sled is $400 so it’s more if you want the combo less if you want just the harness.
It's utterly ridiculous to pay more than $40-50 for a harness.. unless that cute girl "takes you on a date" as well!
