Magnus wasn't world champion until 23. Give Hans some time to work out the kinks. He has a lot of raw talent. Sometimes he'll play fast and blunder a move. Sometimes he will know exactly what has to be done and grab a big W. If he was cheating like a few think he's cheating, then why hasn't he won a tournament yet? Why would he allow himself to lose to some people he should not lose to? He would win or draw to anyone. Also, the people who think he's cheating can't even come up with how that would happen.
Unwatchable. You’ve got to sync audio with video, guys.
video is out of synch
Hey, I know this guy!
Who wears the hair better Alejandro or fabiano?
It was interesting in the sense that the buzzing sounds coming from his crotch were very soothing and ASMR
12:20
Hans: gotta play quick before the beads run out of battery
Compare Fabi’s analysis to Hans’s!!! 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Is hans starting to lose after boosted security?
If they found something, it will definitely be reported. Doesn’t seem like he’s cheating
Maybe he's losing as a result of the pressure and stress put on him. Maybe it has nothing to do with social media or with the tournament, and he's just regressing to the mean.
If there's one thing that this controversy has shown it's that people don't understand how to use evidence, and they especially don't understand what constitutes good evidence and bad. No one seems to consider alternate explanations for what they're seeing or consider counter evidence for their preferred Theory.
Personally, I find some of his arrogance in his interviews to be obnoxious, and I think it's a bad sign that he cheated online. However so far no one has presented any strong evidence that he has cheated over the board, and anti cheating experts have stated that they haven't been able to find evidence of cheating in his games.
All of the principal actors involved in this drama are staying silent, except for Hans. Neither Magnus Carlsen or the tournament organizers have made official statements. The people making confident statements about this issue are idiots on the internet who don't know anything.
Yes.
@@ianhruday9584 The STLCC executive director, Tony Rich, made two official statements - he gave an interview the day Magnus left and he also gave an interview yesterday I think. There is also a chief arbiter written statement that's been published on STLCC socials. They've both said there has never been any indication of cheating and the decision to implement extra anti-cheating measures was made by the chief arbiters "on behalf of the players and the event", however you interpret that.
@@aesaphyr I saw the first interview which wasn't very illuminating. I wasn't aware of the second statement or of the statement from the chief arbiter.
Why do all GMs look like Bob Ross?
If Fabi's doo doesn't get the chicks, I don't know what will.
Hans it's going to get criticized if he make a fast move or if you make a slow move so can someone tell me what is he supposed to do
Yeah, it sucks, the best would have been to not cheat first back then and get caught, reputations can get in the way of giving the benefit of the doubt...
He's supposed to not cheat.
Stop cheating
That's confirmation bias at work. Whatever he does, it is interpreted as evidence that he is a cheater.
Where's the evidence of him cheating in this tournament don't make speculations just because magnus withdrew if magnus would have won this wouldn't be as big right now
Personally I find stockfish equally as interesting as hans.
7:02 "Head is not really working at the moment"
Gasp! Fabi must be cheating! 😉
Except he calculated an insane line just before that. But couldn't find the BEST move.
Nice try completely ignoring the context.
Hans analysis was just suggesting blunder after blunder after blunder for 20 minutes straight. Oh, and also claiming how everything speaks for itself. His chess. The analysis. Etc
you must have missed all the calculations he showed on the spot whenever alejandro brings up a position. Difference in analysis is night and day in real time on the spot positions
@@dhruvshah7952 these people are obsessed with their own delusions. Completely ignoring facts and just presenting things out of context.
Fabi missing the best, winning line is not similar to Hans suggesting a completely blunderous line that loses the game on the spot.
There’s truth to “there are people meaner to Hans than he deserves”, even though it’s also true many of Hans’ interviews have been very weird.
wow guys! hans analysis was bad (btw we should ignore all the social media pressure on him because that def wont effect him!) compared to fabi's... case proven! hans is a OTB cheater confirmed!!!!
Is it just me or has Hans' level of play dropped quite a bit after they implemented the 15 minute delay?
Def just you he's playing really really well
@@dominicpirola8240 no. Hes not
He has crushed mamedyarov and carlsen effortlessly. Also levon escaped
After it
He got crushed by Wesley and Caruana. And outplayed by dominguez
Yeah, you are completely reaching with that thought. His play has not changed. He's had worse results cause his opponents have played better.
He's also had his games analyzed by cheating experts and they have found no evidence of cheating.
Not a single game with a winning position since, what happened to his "great intuition"?
@@tomatoisnotafruit5670 lol spot on, he is obviously a cheater
4:15........ he saw rook A2 he just didn't like it....... your welcome.
The delayed audio makes this video kinda unwatchable tbh. What Fabi is saying doesn’t match the board
Need support to his own country guy hans
Seems like chess is becoming like Poker
Do you know how many top players have at least 5 cm of hear above their head. But then again : is Hans a top player ?
The audio has been off in multiple interviews… please fix this
