Infact the reality is since 1947 the supreme court of India is a dynasty just like the congress party. Till date supreme court judges are only appointed from 300 families in India and the right to select a supreme court judge is only given to the Chief Justice of India since 1947 so that outsiders cannot break into this circle this was a well thought up plan. and hence it does not surprise me that common man has lost faith in justice and hence it took 75 years to get ram mandir verdict. Supreme court Judges given shares of national herald by Nehru. Let me give you some example - If current Supreme court Katju Martande son of Supreme court Judge Shiva Nath Katju. His grand father Governor Kailash Nath Katju happens to be partner of Nehru in National Herald, has shares so cob web of dynasty. I dont think we got independence from the British rather our nation was only outsourced to the congress party and the fact is the indep3endence act of India does not speak about independence only dominion under the british crown. But such things are not taught in our history books because our history is written by the British is full of lies and congress who was outsourced by British followed what British masters want them to do. . So long only a few select families got rich this is what they always wanted. Congress was a group of loyalists and same is the case with Muslim league both parties were formed by British for vested reasons. The congress teaches us wrong history & now there is an organized effort to call Kashmir is not part of India this is being done in a systematic way by congress party & communists in India.
Our History books does not record many of the below facts about India Pakistan partition and so our history books only teach what British and Nehru and congress allowed us to know.

When i saw screenshot . I realized it is more than a 2 hour long.
I had dilemma to watch it or not . I thought may it is not worthwhile. And moreover i had a perception that female judge hai toh ye bhi biased hogi law ki taraf hi hogi. I thought She will not accept that we have a gender biased law.
She is the first women(out of all videos i have ever seen) who accepted that we need gender neutral law for rape, sexual harassment and domestic voilence unlike those crim*nals who called themselves feminist .
    It was worthwhile to watch.
    The channel deserve to subscribe.

When missuse of law is found more than the actual objectives, in that case it's shall be considered that the while the law made what you say as missuse , actul objectives was for that missuses.

Compensation to victims should beared by state government not by accused as one part of punishment coz that compensation generally burden for ill and old helpless parents of such accused , accused right prevail coz here , from initial he or she treated as innocent untill found guilty
