Most probably u need to get a carpenter or urban clap. Wakefit after sales service experience is not good.

Hi, the experience is good. Just 1 thing. Its too big for my need. If you have high budget get a better wood quality. If you need something cheap this is great for that.

Not much structurally. Since its not hard wood. But we can sleep without any issues if installed correctly. I had some issues with installation. I contacted wakefit again they sent another carpentar to fix it and now its much better.

If you have all the right tools, its possible but not practical. There are so many small parts and pieces, it would be a nightmare if one of them is lost the whole unit will be unusable..
